Pros:

I've been already twice to Motel One for a conference at RAI, and both times I've had a great time here. The staff is very welcoming and patient, going out of their way to help out the guests. Some colleagues were granted early check in and they also helped us out by storing some material that needed to be picked up by a delivery driver one day after we left.
The breakfast is very comprehensive and the rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. The bathroom is also new and the bed and pillows were super comfortable.
The position is perfect for conferences at RAI and it is very competitive in price compared to close alternatives.
Finally, the facilities are very nice and the lounge is high quality.
I'll be back!

Everything was great! Great location (you can easily reach the city center and the airport). Friendly and helpful staff.
