Sehr gut
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut an der Metrostation gelegen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer wie man es bei MotelOne kennt. Nicht groß, aber es hat alles was man braucht. Sehr sauber und stylisch. Trotz der Lage, war es im Zimmer sehr ruhig.

Pros:

Super établissement, en retrait du centre même, mais en un rien de temps avec les métro on y est.
L’hôtel est super beau, propre, les chambres sont super. Et les toutous sont super bien accueillis

Wir hatten nachträglich eine zusätzliche Nacht gebucht - was im Buchungssystem vor Ort nicht abgelegt war und es einige Mühe und Zeitaufwand kostete, das zu klären.

Very nice place to stay
Pros:

Location is pretty good, near downtown and some emblematic places. Room clean, tidy and very spacious

Cons:

Only the shower that is not well accommodated to use it in the upper side

Bardzo mily i pomocny personel, przewygodne łóżko, urozmaicone śniadania , lokalizacja w poblizu dwóch stacji metra, przystanku kolejowego i tramwajowego. Widok z okna na panoramę miasta. Możliwość wczesniejszego zameldowania, za co jeszcze raz dziękuję pięknie 😊

Tiefgarage reine Katastrophe viel zu eng und tief rein zu fahren , das es unmöglich ist mit Autos rein zu fahren die etw

Die Lage , sauberes Zimmer und Bad

Cons:

Wusste nicht das der Parkplatz im Hotel also in der Tiefgarage so eng und tief ist das mein Auto Mercedes e Klasse mit einer Tieferlegung aber nicht so krass tief das Auto .
Ein und Ausfahrt katastrophal Auto wurde auseinander genommen .
Habe dann einfach neben dem Hotel geparkt zum Glück war da Silvester und nächster Tag Feiertag keine Ahnung ob ich sonst Ärger bekommen hätte .

Plus das Personal also eine Frau asiatisch , sehr unfreundlich, als ich mir ein Tee machen wollte und an der Maschine war ist sie gekommen und war wirklich sehr unfreundlich angespannt das ich sie erst fragen müsste und keine Ahnung was , ich dachte mir soll ich jetzt ein teahter deswegen machen oder einfach drauf scheißen wie unfreundlich sie war , hab einfach drauf geschissen .
