Close to RAI for attending conference
Would stay in city if not at conference but this was perfect for location during conference
Antonio on the front small was super good. Really welcoming and helpful every time we chatted. Excellent customer service from the staff.
Rooms really clean and functional.
Note. No coffee/tea facilities or fridge in room

Cons:

Limited F&B options nearby
The Block cafe was excellent though. Great coffee 1 min walk away.

The room was decent. The breakfast was good - I really enjoyed the overnight oats and fruit as well as the hard boiled eggs. It was nice that there were several coffee stations at breakfast where you could get a quick latte or beverage of choice.

Cons:

I almost cancelled this hotel when I realized they didn’t have safes in the rooms. Then I noticed that they had recently added safes to the list of room amenities, so I kept the booking. However, the safe in the room wasn’t usable during my stay. First of all it was locked and the staff had to come and open it for me. I then had to request the staff to come to the room again because there was an error message They couldn’t get it to work. It was late in the evening and they indicated that they would send maintenance the next day to fix it, but that never happened. I gave up at that point as I was at a conference long days and unfortunately didn’t have time to keep coordinating staff to come and fix it. It would be nice if they could get these working. I was in a different room initially, but the safe in that room also didn’t work.

Dear Management Team,

I am writing to you directly regarding my recent stay at your hotel in Amsterdam. Overall, we were very happy with the accommodation, but there was one incident where we unfortunately felt a lack of customer-oriented service from your reception team.

Due to a technical defect, our room door could not be opened. First of all, I would like to highly commend your technician: he attended to the matter quickly and professionally replaced the entire lock in the late afternoon. However, because we had no access to our room for hours until it was fixed, we had to go out without our jackets. Given the windy summer weather, it was quite chilly and uncomfortable for us without them.

We completely understand that technical issues can happen. However, we were very disappointed that the service team at the front desk did not offer any form of gesture or apology—such as a voucher for a drink at the bar while we were waiting.
We hope you will review this matter and look forward to a customer-friendly solution from your.

Good bed.
Location wise very good

Cons:

Staff not helpfull. Made me park in a public parking instead of their own, lie that there was no room while there was. Bar open till 1 am according to their site but you can't have all drinks after 11 pm.
The room was very cold because airco was on at 15° when we entered.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter.
Pros:

Sauberkeit und Lage waren Top.Personal war sehr freundlich. Problemlos ein und aus checken.

Cons:

Die Parkplatz Reservierung war ein bisschen kompliziert. Wir mussten trotz Reservierung mit dem Auto draußen warten bis zum Checkin um im Parkplatz reinzufahren.
