Pros:

Outstanding location in a fairly remote area of the Mt. Athos peninsula. Sandy beach and perfect water combined with beautiful room and the best half board food we have ever experienced. Hidden gem and well worth a visit.

the best thing about this hotel; chef. He creates incredible miracles. The taste and presentation of the dishes is excellent, indistinguishable from a work of art. We stayed in the plunge pool room number 203, but I do not know if it is only in our room or if it is in all rooms. there was a sewer smell from the bathroom and the bathroom is 1.5 m2 or something. They should definitely intervene in this matter. It doesn't suit a hotel of this class. Apart from that, the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was misrepresented as having a pool and a spa by Ebookers when neither were true. We had to pay to upgrade to have access to a room with a private pool which was ultimately unusable due to the water temperature.

Most frustratingly the customer service from the senior management team were simply appalling. Rather than discuss our concerns, they accused us of lying and used intimidating language/tone. 5 star service this is not. I would expect and have experienced better service in a Premier Inn!

In addition to the misleading advertising of the hotel, the hotel provided crib collapsed during the night with our infant son asleep inside it. Fortunately he didn’t suffer injury but again the hotel staff seemed entirely unconcerned about their failing. In addition to this, the hotel had set up the crib beneath a loose blind cord which further highlighted a clear lack of regard for infant safety.

The food was generally very good but the menu was relatively repetitive after the first couple of meals. Beware if you’re not comfortable around dogs that wild dogs roam the restaurant area during meal times. The Maitre D’ was probably one of the few members of staff who actually provided the level of service you would expect for a 5* hotel.

Grds. liegt das Resort an einem tollen Strand und ist auch schön eingerichtet.
Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen.
Nicht gefallen hat uns:
- Service im Restaurant: das Filet hatten wir medium, aber es kam well done. Und das hat der Ober mehrfach von sich gewiesen. Irgendwann eingesehen und es kam medium, aber danach war er quasi beleidigt. Der Chef müsste ich uns im weiteren bedienen. Insgesamt ist das Restaurant sehr teuer.
- Küchenausstattung: Töpfe und Pfannen, aber auch Salatschüssel & Co muss man extra anfordern. Es gibt dann die große Show und die Sachen werden extra gebracht. Übrigens ausschließlich IKEA, wie auch die Küche selbst.

Wer meint, auf Grund es hohen Preises eine perfekte Unterkunft bekommt, wird enttäuscht sein. Da links und rechts, von oben sogar 3 Parteien Einblick auf den sogenannten Privatpool haben, ist Baden nur unter Aufsicht möglich. Privatsphäre somit ausgeschlossen. Am Tag ständig laute Geräusche der eigenen Pool Reiniungsanlage und derer der Nachbarn zu hören. Keine separate Toilette, nur Kombi Badraum von 3 m². Terrasse zum Frühstück nicht nutzbar, da Pool und Terrasse während des Frühstücks gereinigt werden. Eingang zum Zimmer dauerhaft mit Putzkübeln flankiert

I recently stayed here for a peaceful break with my husband. The beach is stunning, the rooms are fantastic and the staff and beyond helpful. You can eat by the beach which is amazing but there is not a toilet at the bar there which would be useful. We had a two bedroom suite which had a fairly small bathroom and not an awful lot of storage in your room other than that you could not ask for more. There was a fitted kitchen, gorgeous lounge and two bright and airy bedrooms. The garden had its own plunge pool with a day bed. The staff are so friendly and willing to do anything for you, they couldn't be more attentive. A great way to spend the day is lounging on the comfortable sun beds on the beach being served drinks. There are plenty of things to do in the area too. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere romantic and peaceful.

Traumhaft wohnen am Meer unter herzlicher Leitung
Pros:

Unglaublich stylisch und hochwertig ausgestattete blitzsaubere zweistöckige Reihenhäuser am Meer, teilweise mit eigenem Pool und viel Platz zum Entspannen und direkt am Strand traumhafte gepolsterte Liegen, Tischchen, Sonnenschirme und Badehandtücher inclusive. Perfekte Ausstattung für Kleinkinder mit Kinderbett, Kinderstuhl, Kinderwagen etc. Herzliche, kinderliebende Leitung der Anlage, geschultes, rücksichtsvolles Personal, Roomservice bis 23:00 Uhr, auch am Strand.

Amazing place
Pros:

Great experience, villas are upscale, beach is in front of the villas and very close, private pool was fully appreciated by the kids. Place is secluded, away from the noise and crowds of other places in Halkidiki. Would highly recomnend it.
