Just a short distance from the main stream
Pros:

A realy relaxing place, perfect location by the river (I belive even a good location for fishing?)
Friendly staff.
For me it was just what I needed, quiet and relaxing stay in beautifull area.

It was everything fantastic with Hotel Vir. It was on our bike tour and after biking we really need to eat and rest, and we do. We are very happy to choose this hotel. Fantastic choise!!

Worst of stay, very nice place.
Pros:

Located in beautiful countryside, just next to river with very nice view from room and restaurant. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with good connection to wi-fi.. Great service and very tasty breakfast. Is very calm during week, suitable also for business travellers. For sure I would like to come back.

Hotel socialistického ražení, ale zrenovovaný, pokoje čisté. Fotografie jsou trochu zavádějící, člověk by si myslel, že je hotel přímo u přehrady. Omyl. Chcete-li k přehradě, čeká Vás pochoďák a na jeho konci cedule VSTUP ZAKÁZÁN! V restauraci a na salonku byly akce, pro hotelové a ostatní hosty byly k dispozici tři stoly v atriu s výhledem na toalety a fotbálek, kde si za velkého rachotu hrály děti ... děti mám ráda ... ale ... na služební cestě po několika dnech ježdění a práce prostě chce mít člověk u jídla klid. Nejsmutnější však byla snídaně. Salonek zatemněný a nepříliš dobře uklizený po večerní akci, výběr sporý, špinavé nádobí se zbytky jídla se válelo na "švédském stole" ... resumé ... za stejnou cenu jsem v posledních týdnech spala v Praze Brně i na Vysočině ... ovšem kvalita byla mnohem vyšší. Tento hotel jsem navštívila poprvé ... a naposled.
