Que no hay aire acondicionado dentro de la habitación
Estuve dudando si ir al ver las reseñas de muchas personas, pero la verdad el hotel me pareció muy lindo, muy cómodo, las habitaciones súper grandes y bonitas, el sonido de la naturaleza 10/10. Todo está pensado para relajarse. Me gustó la clase de relajación y la caminata que es un plus que se maneja dentro del plan. La comida súper rica, saludable y varias opciones vegetarianas / veganas.
Creo que es normal el desgaste de las instalaciones pero si uno ha tenido casas/ fincas en una zona donde hace tanto calor sabe que por más que se le realice mantenimiento seguido esto es esperable y normal.
Nos gustó la atención por parte del personal y más de los del restaurante. Es un lugar muy agradable. La comida es muy pero muy rica
Falta mantenimiento en la mayoría del hotel, en una de nuestras habitaciones la mini piscina soltó toda la pintura azul y quedamos todos pintados de azul, la zonas de la piscina y de hidromasajes central le falta mucho pero mucho mantenimiento hay zonas del hotel que no tienen bombillos, el servicio del restaurante se demora
Mucho. Pensaría que la administración está fallando y lastimosamente están dejando decaer un sitio que es sus inicios era un lugar muy pero muy agradable y premium.
La relación en este momento precio-calidad, precio-instalaciones, estaría en realidad en mucha discusión. Ojalá no lo dejen decaer. Porque es un lugar muy lindo.

Las almohadas, las toallas, no había control de tv, el roku no funcionaba sin control, no hay aire acondicionado y los ventiladores suena horrible por falta de manteniendo, no dejan dormir.

La desconexión y la naturaleza
El turco no funcionó
Las habitaciones son espaciosas, el lugar es bastante silencioso y está rodeado de naturaleza. Se puede descansar bastante bien y el sitio está ubicado en un lugar muy bonito.
Al lugar le hace falta mantenimiento y está sobrevalorado. Para el precio que se paga, deberían estar cubiertos todos los detalles, pero no es así. La piscina estaba sucia, la ducha muestra la opción de uso de agua caliente pero no es cierto que hay agua caliente y tuvimos problemas con el funcionamiento del baño. Aunque el agua no es potable en el lugar, no ofrecen opciones para acceder a agua para beber más allá de comprar botellas de agua bastante costosas.
El personal es amable
Está descuidado, fuimos pensando q podíamos descansar, pedimos cambio de habitación porque nuestros vecinas estaban en una despedida de soltera y nos pasaron a una habitación con ruido de la calle. Están muy descuidadas las instalaciones, muy desordenados

I visited the hotel for a holiday weekend in Colombia, San pedro. The hotel was completely booked that will have to be anticipated by managers in charge of the weekend operation, the management should have planned additional employees for this high season weekend, the service at the restaurant was extremely slow and the guests were very uncomfortable with this situation and preferred to leave without dinner, it is sad not to have the service expected for what was paid in the reservation, it is a matter of planning and management, since the hotel is very nice but these types of situations completely change the experience.
The food was great.
The room was dirty, the pool didn’t work at the room either. There wasn’t hot water in the shower. We had to beg for a room change….
Es una muy buena opción para descansar, el clima y el paisaje inigualables. La piscina privada me encantó, además del spa y la piscina grande con hidroterapia. Muy recomendable!
El hotel es cómodo, amplio y tranquilo, tiene muchos espacios para caminar y disfrutar del clima, respirar aire puro y pasar unos días de descanso. Las instalaciones necesitan remodelación, algunas zonas como la piscina están algo maltratadas, si no invierten en el mantenimiento deberían bajar los precios!
