写真ではクラシックな雰囲気に見えたが、実際は古いものを雑然とおいてあるだけで、埃っぽくカビ臭い。布製品などは汚れていて汚い。深夜の1時頃から怒鳴り声と壁や床をドンドン叩く騒音が聞こえてきて、ホテルに対応をお願いしたが、静かになったのは4時半ごろであった。朝の8時頃にはまた始まった。恐ろしくて全然寝れなかった。朝受付に抗議したが、ブッキングコムに言えと言われ、謝罪もない。奥からの従業員らしい人の声が暴れていた人の声にそっくりだったので怖くて早々にホテルを出た。ホテルの責任者に連絡するも返信はない。

This did not feel like a hotel. It felt like staying at your favorite uncle's historical house. Not only were the walls covered floor to ceiling with antiques and very unique art transporting you to the early 1900s, the absolute best part was the level of detail the staff paid to ensure the guests are totally fulfilled. Outside of the basics, Giancarlo added tremendous value to the remaining days of our trip in Peru by setting us up with his good friend and driver and aligned certain activities we thoroughly enjoyed that would likely not be found in a tourist guide. I feel like I earned a family member by staying here. My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased. If you are looking for a standard polisbed hotel, this may not be your first pick, however, if you are looking for a place filled with soul, good laughs, and a personal touch, not to mention everything you'd want is walking distance from the hotel, this is the place to stay. When I return to Peru, I look forward to staying at Uncle Giancarlo's place again!
