tiene buena ubiacacion para conocer Barranco. personal amable, pero tiene los problemas de ser un inmueble de hace 100 años.
muy antiguo, suena el piso al caminar.
We found this idiosyncratic but wonderful hotel a great place from which to enjoy Barranco. Giancarlo and the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful, with good recommendations and an eagerness to make guests comfortable. They upgraded our room and brought in an extra bed at no charge when they saw we were father and son (not husband and wife), cooked breakfast for us of foods we'd bought at the store (I arrived under the weather) and were generally available at all times to help. The hotel is packed with antiques, paintings and more, and we loved the quirky nature after numerous sterile corporate abodes without any personality. Location is excellent, surrounded by restaurants and cafes, near a supermarket and close to the Barranco central plaza. Lots of good nooks and crannies to hang out in at the hotel.
It could use a bit of strategic straightening up, but that's part of its charm.
The fact that it was completely off the wall and eccentric...unique one of a kind
It was noisy with a car alarm screaming all night, staff was unperturbed about well being of guests, needs a good spring clean or a reinvention without losing its magic! If you are an curious traveler, check it out.
The staff was attentive and helped ensure we had a smooth stay.
The rooms and hallways felt crowded/cluttered with the number of artifacts they had. There was a weird smell (probably dust and mold) throughout the whole hotel, and the general vibe just felt old. The other reviews call out similar things, but it was definitely noticeable once you are there in person.
It was my second stay at this place. I love it. It's more than quirky. It's in an old colonial mansion. The place seems a little run down, the floors creak a little in places and the carpet up the old staircase is a little worn. The walls are covered and the shelves packed with items collected from all over the world. The bedrooms hit the perfect mix for me. They're more or less original, except they are fitted out with large bathrooms and they've been sound proofed effectively. I've stayed in the two front rooms. The beds are huge, and importantly very comfortable. The rooms have fridges and televisions. It was the only hotel in Lima that I stayed in, at this price point that had air-conditioning. The rooms were huge and very comfortable, while still carrying through the building's charm. The area is great, you're just far enough up from the concentration of Barranco food and nightlife, that you don't hear it. There's street food outside and plenty of shops and services nearby, and it's in a safe spot, coming back later at night. The hotel has a small professional staff who are all friendly and helpful. There was never someone not far away to help. Casa Falleri is unique. It's bohemian Barranco
The only issue I faced was when using Uber to get back. It's not far from anywhere, but the Uber app seemed to mix up the address. Always double check your Uber, or ask for a taxi.

Horrible ese hotel
Q asco de hotel
El personal - el hotel - La pieza llena de moscas

the warmth of the owner
Poor breakfast
NO PUDE TOMAR DESAYUNO PORQUE SE ME PASO LA HORA
LA CAMA RECHINABA UN POCO
The hotel has a bohemian character that you won't find at a lot of others. The staff are friendly and it doesn't feel forced. This is a relaxed place to stay in Barranco.
Calidad humana y de servicio
Good location if you want to stay in Barranco
The hotel has antiques everywhere, which is ok if you want to give the hotel some character, but you still have to clean them, they were very dusty and the whole hotel just seemed quite dirty and old.
The breakfast was not good, just cold scrambled eggs and bread.
I didn’t think it was great value for money, it was more expensive than a lot of other hotels in Lima.
