Lugar genial y con personal muy amable
Pros:

El trato, la ubicación y la facilidad de aparcamiento cercano. El desayuno buffet estaba genial…la tortilla de patata muy recomendable

One particular person hosting the breakfast was very unwelcoming and seemed to be pissed at us every morning she was working. Made the breakfast experience very ackward. One morning there was another person working who was very friendly, kind and welcoming which made our day. With this angry persons service i wouldnt pay for the breakfast if staying another time. Probably preferring some other place to stay. Thats not such customer service im looking for.

Also walls seemed to be thin without any real sound protection but thats understandable and kind of normal in that kind of buildings. Could here the neighbour snoring on several nights.

Everything was absolutely great, the staff, the room, the breakfast, everything. Also, they had a special room to store the surfboard. I felt like every need was already anticipated before was stated. I really appreciate their work and will be happy to come back!

Pros:

Mi experiencia en el Hotel Bemon Playa ha tenido aspectos muy positivos y otros que considero mejorables.

Lo primero que quiero destacar es la atención del personal. Tanto las camareras como el personal de recepción fueron muy amables y profesionales durante toda la estancia. Además, el desayuno fue espectacular, muy variado y de gran calidad. También me pareció un detalle muy bonito que, al marcharnos, nos entregaran un pequeño obsequio de despedida.

Reservé una habitación con cama doble, jacuzzi y desayuno incluido. Según la descripción de Booking, el hotel se presenta como alojamiento en primera línea de playa, con vistas y terraza. Además, reservé una segunda habitación para un adulto y un niño de 2 años. Durante la reserva aparecía la opción de solicitar cuna o cama supletoria, por lo que entendí que era un servicio disponible.

Como punto positivo adicional, me permitieron acceder a la habitación con jacuzzi a las 11:00 de la mañana, aunque el check-in era a las 14:00, ya que la habitación estaba libre.

Sin embargo, al llegar me informaron de que no disponen de cunas ni camas supletorias, algo que me sorprendió porque sí aparecía esa opción durante la reserva. Además, las dos habitaciones asignadas no tenían terraza, cuando la descripción del alojamiento destaca este aspecto junto con las vistas al mar, lo que puede generar expectativas que luego no siempre se cumplen.

También me decepcionó la cama de la habitación doble. Se trataba de una cama de 1,50 m y el colchón nos resultó muy incómodo. Tanto mi acompañante como yo nos levantamos con dolor de espalda, algo que no me suele ocurrir pese a viajar con frecuencia.

En resumen, el personal, el desayuno y algunos detalles de atención al cliente merecen una valoración excelente. Sin embargo, creo que la información publicada en Booking debería ser más clara y ajustarse mejor a las características reales de las habitaciones para evitar malentendidos y decepciones.

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal y el detalle que tienen cuando haces el check out: te regalan una tarta típica a modo degustación.
La ubicación es ideal para disfrutar de la playa: a cinco minutos andando.

Cons:

El baño es muy antiguo, necesita una restauración completa: la mampara está al revés, el toallero debería estar en la pared contraria porque con la ducha, mojas todas las toallas. El dispensador de jabón no funcionaba. La alcachofa de la ducha está descascarillada así que es muy desagradable cada vez que la coges. La bañera tiene cercos del.paso de los años.
Las toallas son muy antiguas y ya no están suaves.
Importante: no tiene aire acondicionado.
El resto de la habitación sencilla y básica, pero limpia. Tiene armario empotrado y perchas.

Good value hotel but a little uncomfortable in high temperature weather.
Pros:

The room was adequate and it was nice to have a small balcony.

Cons:

There was no air-conditioning, as we had thought and not even a ceiling fan or anything. The town had an awful issue of not opening restaurants in the evenings for no apparent reason and locals were not particularly pleasant. We won't be going back to the area unfortunately.

Pros:

I parked over nite outside on the street as others did. My car was damaged by someone driving past. I was told it was ok to park outside. The damaged will cost several hundred euro to repair

Cons:

No proper food only burgers and such. I got no breakfast as the didnt commece service until 8am
