Overall, the stay was disappointing due to poor service, lack of clear information, and facilities that did not justify

The location

Cons:

Firstly, the breakfast options were very limited. Out of the five available choices, the only suitable option for children was the sweet one, which was also the least healthy. This made it difficult for us as a family.

Secondly, the price charged was significantly high and, in our view, not justified by the level of service provided.

Additionally, we were not aware that cleaning services were not included. This was not clearly communicated in the app, and only upon arrival were we informed by reception that this service required an additional charge. It would have been helpful to have this information clearly stated in advance.

We also faced several practical issues during our stay:
No guidance was provided on where to dispose of garbage
The safe in the room was not functioning
There were not enough hangers to hang wet towels
There was no towel hanger near the sink

Finally, we found the staff to be insufficiently supportive in a situation where assistance was needed. In particular, when we required help contacting a hospital, the support provided was limited.

We hope this feedback is helpful in improving the experience for future guests.

Would stay again and would recommend to others (but do be forewarned about tub).
Pros:

Location was perfect. Quick walk to either old town or Jewish Quarter. There are cafes, drug stores and convenience stores really close by. Room itself was clean, stylish and comfortable. Kitchen was exceptionally well supplied. Nice to have an extra half bath as there were three of us for a few nights.

Cons:

The bedroom was a bit small. No place to stow suitcases in the bedroom itself. The shower is a tub/ shower arrangement and tub itself is very deep, making entry and exit to shower somewhat challenging. No grip underfoot in tub, so tub could get slippery, as well.

Udany pobyt, przepiekne miasto, super polecam

Kraków bardzo ładne miasto. Hotel bardzo czysty , śniadania dostarczane są codziennie do pokoju ,po wcześniejszym zamówieniu w recepcji. Obiekt znajduje się w samym centrum miasta , blisko do tramwaju i autobusu. Bardzo miły personel.Polecam Beata

Unbedingt buchen, wenn Sie Krakau besuchen
Pros:

Stradonia war das perfekte Appartement für den Aufenthalt in Krakau. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen, so dass man auch für eine kleine Pause kurz Rast machen kann. Wir waren zu siebt und hatten Zeit zusammen liegende Einheiten mit schöner Küche/Aufenthaltsraum und zwei Bädern. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die netten Damen an der durchgehend besetzten Rezeption waren absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das ganze wurde durch einen, für dieses Appartement fairen Preis abgerundet. Wir können Stradonia absolut weiterempfehlen. Viele Grüße an das nette Team

A great apartment in a central location
Pros:

The location is great & the facilities in room are great for a short visit

Great location in the city. Nice and clean with almost everything you would need.

Could hear people in other apartments quite late at night and also coming back in the night. Understand you can’t control that but it did disturb us.
