L'emplacement, la présence d'un micro ondes et d'un frigo.
Le bruit : 2 nuits très compliquées, les femmes de ménages qui crient dans le patio à 6h30 du matin, on entend tout (les gens dans la salle de réception, les voisins pour vraiment tout, les bruits de chariots.
Propreté : placard puant le moisi, trucs gluants verdâtres collés sur le mur de la cabine de douche.
Appartamento ampio, ben fornito ed all'arrivo, ben pulito, con anche 2 bagni che non avevo previsto; lontano dai rumori ma vicino alla via principale.
Abbiamo segnalato, il giorno successivo al nostro arrivo che il frigorifero non funzionava correttamente ma il problema non è stato risolto, ne abbiamo ricevuto comunicazioni in merito; fortunatamente non sono stati giorni caldi e l'acqua l'abbiamo portata via per le escursioni a temperatura ambiente.
Suggerisco inoltre di migliorare l'attenzione nella pulizia dei pavimenti
(sono piccole cose, facilmente migliorabili, per rendere perfetta l'accoglienza)
Metraż, dwie osobne sypialnie, dwie łazienki, poziom czystości.
Zapach, zarówno szafki jak i fotele miały zapach stęchlizny. Brak okien w salonie (brak możliwości wywietrzenia zapachu). Uszkodzony prysznic (przeciekała woda).

- the rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels provided and beds made
- we had to wait to be let into the room
- We were told there would be a code at the main entrance to the building but that was not the case - we were given a code, the buttons didnt work but the door just remained constantly unlocked.
- the couch in the apartment was awfully stained and dirty
- the ac in one of the rooms did not work and kept giving error messages
- the housekeeping kept holidng the lift and the flat was on the 6th floor of the building
- low water pressure in the showers

Lo staff non saluta ed è poco accogliente, le porte delle camere sono dotate di molle che alla chiusura le fanno sbattere come bombe a qualsiasi ora

Our apartment was approx 5 min walk from the reception area, right next to a supermarket which had everything. 1 min walk out to the front road around the harbour and all the bars, restaurants and shops all close by.
The apartment was great size (massive corridor to bedrooms) balcony at the front and back. Both shower rooms were clean, beds comfy, kitchen had what you needed to cook. Kids loved running up and down the corridor too the bedrooms from living area, if we were to have stayed up watching TV they wouldn't have heard it down in their bedroom. Staff at reception were helpful.
The pool was at the reception building on the top floor and the lift didn't work! It was freezing in April so nobody went in but I personally didn't like the layout of the pool area especially for children playing. More of an adults chill pool area.

Il piano cottura in vetroceramica funzionava ma molto lento. Eravamo in 7 e cucinare e' stato un po' complicato .ci siamo aiutati con il bollitore .. comunque c'è tutto..letti molto comodi ..divani anche.
