Pros:

Spacious, daily fresh towels,location,price. Peaceful apart from other apartment noise. Really comfortable beds - though not the double in description.

Cons:

Hassle as apparment not same place as check in. Aircon not working, fridge with no usable shelves,Charis BADLY NEED LITTLE pads on feet to stop the awful noise when they are moved, for all apartments. More crockery and cutlery needed

Very Disappointing Experience – Avoid Blubay Apartments and ST Hotels

We checked in around 10:30 pm and were sent to a different building and an apartment that was not the one we booked. The flat had multiple problems: no heating, a broken TV, and a leaking toilet. The apartment's condition did not match the online photos. We also did not feel safe and had to block the door during the night to feel secure.

We contacted reception immediately and requested a room change, but our request was denied, and we were told to stay there until the issues were resolved. The next morning, we checked out and booked another hotel at our own expense. Blubay Apartments by ST Hotels refused to refund us, so we ended up paying for two hotels in Malta. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this property.

.posizione ottima, personale gentile e funzionale

Cons:

La struttura tutto sommato è tranquilla e il personale molto gentile, tutto ok, stanza un po vecchia e bagno anche vecchiotto ma funzionale, piccolissimo balconcino giusto per metterci i piedi una persona, letto scomodo consumato .

Ottima posizione, ma da migliorare.
Pros:

Ottima posizione e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

Ci hanno assegnato un quadrilocale invece di un monolocale come era stato previsto.
Le maniglie delle stanze non potevano essere chiuse a chiave e la porta di un balcone rimaneva aperta, poiché era rotta.
Ho fatto notare allo staff questa cosa, esplicitando il fatto che non ci sentivamo “sicuri” e di trovare una soluzione.
Mi hanno risposto che avevano sistemato il problema ma non è stata trovata poi effettivamente alcuna soluzione.
Peccato, avrei preferito un appartamento più “raccolto” e meno dispersivo essendo solo in due.
