Es war sehr ärgerlich! Wir haben unsere Kinder das Loftzimmer mit Balkon und Aussicht für 1 Nacht um € 249,-- geschenkt. Erhalten haben sie ein Zimmer ohne Balkon mit Blick in den Innenhof. Der Rezeptionist hat gesagt, es ist zur Zeit kein anderes Zimmer frei und man soll sich bei booking.com beschweren, das Hotel kann nichts dafür. So ein Hotel können wir nicht weiterempfehlen - Preis Leistung ist nicht in Ordnung!

Great hotel, great value, great location
Pros:

The whole experience was excellent, and the staff attentive. Great location, huge room, good bar. We have special praise for Sarah, Niya and Maki who made everything nice and easy whilst dealing with all our needs.

Cons:

Nothing. Maybe coffee making in the room but it was not a big issue as there is a coffee point on each floor in the corridor. Also the room was huge and it could have taken a chair to sit in so you don't have to sit on your bed. But again, not a big problem at all.

Cons:

Ein paar schimmelflecken in der Dusche müsste man hinnehmen. Aber für uns absolut kein Grund nicht wieder zu kommen 😜
