Staff very helpful. Walked us to our rooms and carried our luggage and explained everything to us. Bar staff very friendly and enjoyed a laugh with guests.

Ok but could be better
Pros:

Hotel was ok. Room was basic and had some wasted space. Small kitchenette would have made rooms more like studios and far better. Pools were good and clean. Location was good, short but nice walk into town or Avlaki beach. Gym facilities were terrible and the picture used in the advert was not a picture of the actual gym facilities available. A large part of booking this hotel was to use the advertised gym facilities so very dissatisfied with reality.

The location is great as is Brad the barman. The rooms are nice. The all inclusive food and drink though is well below standard. Go b&b and enjoy the local restaurants instead.

Ganz ok aber würde nicht wieder

Sauberkeit eher mässig. Ein paar haare waren schon vor unserem Eintreffen da. Vorallem gabs tote Ameisen in den verpackten wattestäbchen, die sind dann auch mal fünf tage bei täglichem bett neu machen liegen geblieben. Türklinke zum bad viel irgendwann dann auch ab. Und bei solch schlechtem Empfang kann man sich den Fernseher sparen.
Die Hotelanlage sonst war ganz schön, das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem gabs gratis Shuttelbusse zu zwei Stränden und die statt ist in ein paar Minuten gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

Hotel/villaggio carino, potrebbero capitarvi camere molto piccole ( come nel mio caso ) con bagno da 2 metri circa, in posizione scomode da raggiungere, colazione internazionale giusta, ma non è sicuramente un 4 stelle come descritto , un sufficente 3 stelle da mac 40/50€ a notte non di più.

Très bonne expérience- Le personnel était au petit soin avec nous! Mon fils s’est bien amusée que sa soit à la piscine, à la plaine de jeux ou encore aux animations organisée par l hôtel

Pros:

- No hay wifi en las habitaciones (sólo en zonas comunes)
- El mal olor del desagüe inundaba toda la habitación, nl se podía aguantar el olor. Avisando en el hotel no pusieron solución eficaz.
- Desayuno flojo en calidad
- Ambiente demasiado turístico
- Buenas instalaciones

Ne mérite en aucun cas 4 étoiles !!!
Tout était payant pour des extras. pas internet dans les chambres. nourritures déplorable. une catastrophe. En plus c'était cher pour ce que c'était. La chambre était grande mais avec aucun espace de rangement. tuyau de douche cassé. Pas du tout sympa de devoir traverser la route pour accéder aux commodités. Il faut préciser sur votre site que vous n'avez que des clients des pays de l'est car on se sentait vraiment en minorité

Nice reasonable hotel
Pros:

Short stay for two nights , hotel was clean , basic room , bed not very comfortable but you get what you pay for , WiFi only in recieption visited but poor & for a business trip struggled to do any work .
However staff ( recieption ) I saw were very helpful ,
Took breakfast at an opposite resturant instead & evening meals in the nearby centre ,
2 local shops sell everything & very friendly ,
Beach at the end of the road is quiet , off track & beautiful ..
Generally great , would I want to stay longer ? In the area yes but a longer stay for me I would find a more luxury hotel . Otherwise perfect place for a budget break

Oh dear what a disappointment
Pros:

Simple question answered. Would you recommend this hotel to a friend. NO!

Where does one start when you are disappointed with a hotel. Reading other reviews there are complaints about the food, which for an all inclusive is a major part of your stay. Our reaction was that there was something for everyone. The breakfast always had fruit, pastries, cold meats and cheese along with a full range of hot offerings. You could always find plenty to eat. Lunch and dinner again were varied and acceptable. The drink offering was, as expected, low quality, local produced.

Regarding the hotel itself, it depends on which part of the complex you get put in There are essentially 3 developments. The bottom end was originally B&B with full cooking facilities in the rooms, small showers and most off-putting salt water in the taps. Hardly anything has been spent on that part of the complex. We moved into the main older section and our room was acceptable apart from the bathroom where the smell of sewage was not good. The drains blocking and the sink discharging onto the floor. This was all fixed by the staff apart from the smell. (Plumbing is not a Greek speciallity). The top part of the resort we understand was noisy and had similar problems. (Very noisy local dog).

For families it would be a pleasant cheap holiday but the main issue would be safety as a busy road runs through the middle of the resort. Not good for kids or older generation. There are also lots of steps.

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Having read some scathing reviews for this Hotel, we were a little apprehensive. Any concerns we had were completely unfounded, and found all facilities, food, staff, cleanliness were of a good standard.
Would certainly recommend Memento to friends looking for excellent value for money.
