This is the only outdoor pool in the Principality of Andorra with thermal water, sourced from the main hot springs of Escaldes-Engordany. For this reason, we maintain a regulated temperature of 27-28°C.

The location is super. Very close to the shopping center of the city. A lot of restaurants around. In general the hotel is clean and comfortable. And even if your family is big (2+3 for example), the hotel still has rooms to offer.
During our 4 days at the hotel, no one cleaned our room or changed our towels. Hard to say why...
Attention!!! for those who find themselves in a room under the roof, there are wasps living under the tiles. This problem specifically concerns room 508. Every time we opened the window into the room, one or more wasps would break out, and we barely had time to kill them. Therefore, for all four days, the windows were closed; we used only the air conditioner.
Localitzacio es perfecte al centre d'Andorra. Accés a la piscina termal amb el 50% de descompte. Els meus fills els encanta banyar-se allí, amb un paisatge rodejat de muntanyes.
Algunes de les places de parking que ofereixen son molt dificils d'accedir, sobretot al parking 2. Si el cotxe es mitjà i antic, amb lo qual sense camara o sensors, pot ser inclús més complicat. Jo vaig renunciar a la plaça un cop ja estava pagada i em van abonar l'import. Les places s'omplen ràpid,, sempre complert al estiu, difícilment te la poden canviar per una millor.
Una suggerencia, temps de càrrega i descàrrega hauria d'estar limitat. Hem observat casos de més de 45 minutes, el qual afecta a altres usuaris, sobretot pel check in o el check out quan no es disposa de parking.
L'emplacement. Le personnel très sympa
La chambre n'était pas propre du tout, des sacs de gâteaux dans le lit une crotte de nez côté a la porte.
Pas de coin cuisine, on vient en famille il n'y avait pas de verres pas de couverts, très surprise d'avoir eu cette chambres, on prend une grande chambre avec des enfants on s'attend a voir une cuisine. Très déçue, j'étais venue il y a 4 ans ça s'était super bien passé.

The apartment was spacious and clean.
The apartment was run-down (broken locks on the bathroom door, and the door itself was water-damaged—warped and unable to close properly). The water pressure in the bathroom sink was very weak. The breakfast was just as weak as the rest, though I have to admit it was very cheap. Overall, I am satisfied, mostly because my stay was short.

There was no ac in the room, only the fan. The room was not the one from the pictures, it was older building.
La ubicación, las vistas y la cama, era enorme.
Los utensilios de cocina estaban un poco sucios, la sartén olía a frito aún habiéndola lavado dos veces.
