Please note that parking spaces are subjected to availability at the time of check in and can not be booked in advance.

When booking half-board and full-board, please note that drinks are not included.

Room prices are calculated based on the number of people appearing in the reservation and not on the room maximum occupancy. If more guests eventually stay, this will incur an additional fee.

Outdoor pool (admission fee applies) located 1969 feet from the hotel.
As a guest, you can enjoy a 50% discount on admission. Request your discount ticket at reception from June 20th to August 31st, 2025.

This is the only outdoor pool in the Principality of Andorra with thermal water, sourced from the main hot springs of Escaldes-Engordany. For this reason, we maintain a regulated temperature of 27-28°C.

Pros:

El trato del personal fue excelente!
El buffet sin palabras!!! Delicioso todo! Y lo mejor que te puedan cocinar la comida al momento.

Pero sobretodo destacar el trato, atención del personal! Sobresaliente.

Pros:

Estaba todo bastante bien y con una muy buena ubicación al lado del Río y la calle principal de tiendas.

Cons:

Nos tocó en la sexta planta de los apartamentos y la zona del salón son buhardillas y tienes que estar todo el día con las persianas bajadas por el calor que desprenden las ventanas con el sol

Una estancia muy agradable, con apartamentos amplios, buen desayuno y un personal muy amable.
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel, el aparcamiento cómodo y la amplitud de los apartamentos. El desayuno era muy sabroso y fresco, y el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia.

Cons:

El único punto menos positivo también está relacionado con la ubicación. Al estar en una calle bastante transitada, por la noche había algo de ruido, aunque no lo considero una queja hacia el hotel.

Pros:

Chambre très confortable, personnel très aimable, petits déjeuners en self service très varié avec plats salés, viennoiseries, pains variés, fruits yaourts, laits végétaux, etc...
Une surprise très agréable pour nous a l'arrivée : la vue sur le torrent qui traverse la ville et qui donne un côté montagne et nature à cette ville un peu grise.

Cons:

Gros bémol : pas de place disponible au parking de l'hôtel, impossibilité de réserver avant, et en plus c'est payant et cher. Résultat : nous avons stationné notre véhicule dans un autre parking souterrain assez proche de l'hôtel, mais la douche froide le jour du départ : 118€ pour 3 jours !!!!
