Pros:

Le personnel est agréable. Les appartements sont bien conçus.

Cons:

Un bar du nuit juste en face. D'où sortent les clients, qui font pas mal de bruit, quant on doit dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes a cause de la chaleur. Et le personnel de l'établissement qui a du mal a s'exprimer en français.

Fenomenal!
Pros:

Es espectacular, somos 6 personas y nos cuesta mucho encontrar este tipo de habitaciones. Tal como se describe. Hay una habitación con una cama de matrimonio inmensa y otra con dos literas, una sala de estar con dos sofas inmensos que tambien se hacen cama, dos wc. La ubicación a 10 min andando a las tiendas de andorra centro. La verdad que ha sido espectacular, volveremos a reservar sin duda.

Cons:

Lo unico que no dejen reservar parquing con anticipación ya que cuando llegamos no habia y nos costo bastante encontrar parquing.

La habitación grande, ideal para una familia con 3 hijos.

Falta ventilación en el restaurante perafita, después de cada comida sales con olor en la ropa.

Cons:

Instalaciones viejas y super mal cuidadas. No habia aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador. Debajo/enfrente del hotel hay un pub, el cual fue imposible dormir. Tuvimos un inprevisto con un bebe y no fuero nada empaticos, se pasaban la pelota entre booking y el hotel. En conclusion, hotel pésimo, nada recomendado.

Vam arribar a l’apartament a les 11:00h hi vam demanar si era possible entrar abans de 3.00, ja que teníem un bebè i havia de fer la migdiada. Ens van dir que intentéssim a 13.00h, no va ser possible. Però el més greu és que a 15.00 tampoc va ser possible. L’habitació va estar a punt a 15.15h. Ens donen l’excusa de que és temporada alta, però nosaltres això ja ho paguem i bé que, el dia que marxava, nosaltres havíem de deixar l’habitació a les 11.00h.

Bien para el invierno
Pros:

La ubicación, el tamaño de las habitaciones, el restaurante, estaban muy bien. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Reservamos una habitación familiar, consistia en una estancia con 2 habitaciones y baño compartido. Una de las habitaciones no tenía ventana ni aire acondicionado, sí un ventilador de pie que hacía mucho ruido, lo que dificultó el dormir bien. Entendemos que es un hotel preparado para el invierno, pero quizá este tipo de habitaciones no deberían ofrecerlas en verano.

une déception
Pros:

les chambres étaient petites et les ventilos bruyants.
Nous espérions un minimum d'équipements ne serait-ce que pour réchauffer nos plats et les aliments du bb.
Nos enfants étaient au 5ième et nous au premier étage.
On aurait annulé si possibilité nous était faite.
Au final on n'a plus subi
