Great hotel with beautiful rooftop patio, to sit and to have breakfast, and view of both volcanos! Staff was very accommodating letting us check in early after an early bus arrival in the morning.

La terrasse, le personnel, le petit déjeuner, la vue sur le volcan Misti depuis le lit, le soleil qui vient vous réveiller, l'emolacement à 2 pas de labplace de armas et des restaurants

Great value, great location and friendly, helpful staff
Pros:

A great location, just 7 mins walk to Place de Armas, cathedral, monastery etc. Very friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast on the terrace. We enjoyed the rooftop view of the sun setting over the mountains. Very good value for money. Tea making facilities in the downstairs lobby and filtered water available free of charge.

Cons:

Our room had a view of a white wall, but if you looked to the side you could just see the city and mountain. Also, the room under us had an outside sitting area and we could hear every word when they were sitting out or had their doors open.
