以前有住過一次，覺得不錯，這是第二次入住，但感受就普普通通。

住9樓時，排水不通導致浴室淹水，櫃檯人員有協助換房至10樓。

沒有不滿意，只是覺得奇怪，為何2間馬桶蓋都是歪斜的。

住過明華館至少是三次以上，第一次住到房間清潔及硬體設備那麼差的房間，然後櫃檯女員工還亂唬爛說浴室門是故意這樣設計，安全問題！！聽到真是翻白眼，還好後來主管有安排第二晚換了一間正常房間！

性價比高的飯店，騎摩托車閒晃時看到有很多家，下次去高雄時也會找同集團的飯店或摩鐵來住👍

還沒到入住時間，坐在餐廳吹冷氣，喝著飲料吃爆米花，挺愜意的！離夜市超近走路就可以到這一點也很加分。

周邊停摩托車比較不方便，小小困擾😜

Cons:

強烈建議床頭旁的吊燈不要用鐵製的燈具真的太危險了, 我跟我爸的頭在抬頭瞬間, 都撞到了鐵製燈具下方的銳角非常痛, 至少要把燈具下方的銳角包住比較安全。 尤其吊燈下方還放著室內電話, 等於讓人講完電話抬頭一定會撞到。

我覺得是可以住的 而且離高雄巨蛋走路就可以到的距離 我覺得很方便
Pros:

1.浴室的蓮蓬頭很滿意 很好用水柱也很大 而且熱水也很足夠
2.床很舒服 而且不會太硬和太軟
3.而且電視有很多元化 可以登入自己的帳號看自己喜歡的節目

Cons:

我覺得靠近窗簾地板的部分 清潔需要待加強 因為有一點一點的黑圈 然後視覺上覺得有點髒
