Great location, great reception staff. Great food; however, if you have dietary requirements, you might have to stick to fruit and salads - no labels on the foods and no halal meat - staff in kitchen area have limited English. Cleaning staff were ok; however, could have been nicer and could have done a better job with cleaning rooms. Be prepared for hard beds. The beach is not sandy, rocky and pebbles. Be prepared for wasps around the beach area and outside the hotel area, including pool area. Staff at bar area were ok; however, my mum found two wasps on her Frappuccino glass, which was disturbing. Pool was great, good size and clean. Great location, Bus stop is right outside the hotel, bus number 6 takes you right to town, great opportunity to explore the rest of corfu.

Absolute garbage from minute 1. They knowingly gave us a different room to that which was booked. They only revealed this after they took out money. They also overcharged by £82. Hoels.com know this and hsve done Nothing. There is no adherance to health and safety and the place is dirty. I do have pictures but these will be going on far wider review sites and to the regulator.

Sono molto insoddisfatto della mia esperienza di soggiorno in questa struttura.
Elenco di seguito i problemi :
- in 7 giorni sono state effettuate le pulizie solo 2 volte, ma dietro mia esplicita richiesta e sono stato costretto a richiedere gli asciugamani puliti, che gentilmente mi sono stati forniti dal personale; inoltre ho chiesto il perchè di tale disservizio ed il personale mi ha risposto "spalluccie" ovvero non mi ha saputo spiegare
- mi è stato addebitato ed ho accettato senza alcun problema, il consumo di una bibita a € 4,00
Quanto sopra molto diverso da quanto presente nelle informazioni sulla struttura (PULIZIE GIORNALIERE - RINFRESCO GRATUITO TUTTI I GIORNI)
Ho prenotato altre volte con Expedia e mi sono trovato discretamente, ma questa volta la mia esperienza mi farà riflettere per le prossime eventuali prenotazioni

Appena rientrata (luglio 2023). Fortunatamente non ho visto le recensioni negative, altrimenti avrei perso un soggiorno piacevole in un hotel con vista mozzafiato sul mare e sulle coste greche, in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere qualsiasi luogo di attrazione turistica (la fermata del bus è a venti passi). Benitses a 10 minuti di bus, a mezz'ora da Corfù antica. Personale gentilissimo, probabilmente arrivato da poco ma attivo e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema del cliente. La scelta 'all inclusive' è perfetta per le famiglie numerose. Il menu forse è ripetitivo, vero, ma chi ha figli può certamente usufruire di un menù sano e abbondante e di bevande e gelati gratuiti fino alle 22 e con piscina inclusa. Non è poco! Diversamente c'è un ottimo ristorante sulla strada di fronte. L'unico appunto lo farei per la spiaggia privata, bella, selvaggia, ma non curata. Andrebbero sostituiti i lettini e tenuti fermi gli ombrelloni, ma se tutti collaborassimo a non rompere e a non sporcare sarebbe molto meglio. Consiglierei di mettere intrattenimento musicale a bordo piscina tutte le sere.
