Great view from the top floor breakfast room. Good selection of food.

This is not a 5 star hotel, at least not by European standards, especially in terms of the bathroom (size and amenities). There is no paper city map available at the reception.

Gute Lage, großes Zimmer und reichhaltiges Frühstück

Cons:

Unser Nichtraucherzimmer hat nach zigarettenrauch gerochen. Das Personal war eher wenig engagiert. Insgesamt etwas abgewohnt.

Locația ca design este ok.

Cons:

Hotel care are pretenția de a se declara un hotel de 5 stele dar cu facilități de 3 stele maxim. Nu exista halat de baie . In afara de apă plată, nu îți aduc ceaiuri sau cafea in camera la protocol deci dacă dorești asa ceva, trebuie sa-ti cumperi singur. Fierul de călcat l-am schimbat de 3 ori fiind foarte vechi si.prost, iar placa de călcat haine era arsă. In pat cat si pe prosopul de baie de pe jos am găsit fire de păr negre si lungi, bineînțeles de la femeile care se ocupa cu curățenia.Dușul din cabina de dus ( nu exista cadă ) este aproape rupt. Barul din lounge-ul hotelului,întotdeauna este gol, adică nu gasesti pe nimeni care sa te servească. Trebuie să rogi la recepție ca sa trimită pe cineva la bar si care sa te servească ,iar timpul de așteptare este de peste 1o -15 minute, hotelul fiind aproape gol.
