Pros:

J'ai passé 4 nuits sur place au lieu de 3, j'ai prolongé mon séjour tellement je m'y sentais bien.
L' accueil est chaleureux. Un cocktail de fruits vous est offert à votre arrivée.
Voyageuse solo, j'ai pu profiter d'une chambre spacieuse et plutôt bien équipée. Des petits détails manquaient, notamment un porte savon, ou la réparation du miroir grossissant mais cela n'altère en aucun cas le séjour.
La literie est confortable.
J'ai profité du Spa, j'ai pris un pack avec plusieurs messages. Le masseuse est compétente, c'était très agréable.
La piscine sur le rooftop avec un bar donne une vue sur Kandy.
Le centre ville est accessible à pied, en 15 minutes. Très pratique.
Le personnel est attentionné, souriant et disponible.

Le personnel est au petit soin, très gentil.
L'hôtel est vraiment bien, chambre très spacieuse, joli roof top.
Au niveau de la restauration, c'est vraiment très bon !!!

The location was close to city and the lake and easy walking distance (15-20min).

Cons:

The property needs some attention. The carpets are dirty and worn, the curtains are dirty and looking old. The hairdryer stopped working after 20 seconds, had problems getting the safe open. It could be amazing with a bit of extra effort and cleaning. We were also asked if we wanted our room to be cleaned on a daily basis. The breakfast was plentiful. The staff were friendly but none of the whole experience was as good as we have experienced so far across Sri Lanka.

ארוחת בוקר נחמדה מאוד ומגוונת, השף אפילו הכין פנקייקים ללא גלוטן לביתי. ישנו בשני חדרים עם דלת מקשרת וזה היה נוח מאוד. הבריכה ממש כיפית , פתוחה לאורך כל היום. הצוות היה מאוד נחמד

Súper recomendable. Hotel moderno recién renovado con habitaciones amplias y baño amplio. La piscina tiene buenas vistas y es un sitio agradable para estar. Andando está a unos 15 min del centro de Kandy y en Tuk Tuk a 5 min (coste aproximado de subir desde el centro 600lkr).
Si volviese repetiría.
Desayuno completo con fruta, comida típica, ensalada, dulce, tostadas, café…
Personal muy amable.

Cons:

No le doy un 10 porque en las habitaciones a pesar de haber cocina no hay nevera.
