Pros:

桃園ランタンフェスティバル目的で初中壢区の宿泊です。
老街渓から徒歩約12分、中壢車站から徒歩約17分、中壢区観光夜市まで徒歩約17分とすべて近くはないけれど徒歩圏内です。
一泊して、翌日台北に移動だったので、台北行のバス乗り場の新街バス停が近くて便利でした。
朝食付きかと勘違いをしていたしたが、朝食は含まれていない設定でした。部屋は空きがあったのかランクアップしてもらえてバスタブとシャワーブースがありました。ロビーでフリーでコーヒーを飲むことができるのが有り難かったです。
夜市以外でも遅くまで空いている飲食店が結構あります。

非常有精神又親切的櫃台小姐。
還會電話提醒還有20分鐘就是退房時間囉，很台式？還是很老式？接到電話有點無名。

感覺住在學校宿舍，有舍監管理的氛圍。
浴缸陳年使用，已經開始脫皮…但房內算是乾淨。

算是第二次入住！
從入住柜臺的人員接待引導丶服務丶環境乾淨丶房間打掃品質都很棒丶沒有變！

個人是喜歡這樣的精簡環境，尤其也很適合商務出差使用！

日本人也會喜歡的飯店丶去想像就好！
（衛浴有淋浴設備及泡澡的大浴缸丶使用免痣馬桶）

算是不錯的商務旅館
Pros:

飯店乾淨清潔衛生，房間尚稱舒適。地段不錯，附近很熱鬧，不愁沒地方可以閒逛。

接待人員貌似比較菜，可多加訓練。由於正門比較難找，我們開車的時候開過頭一次，建議可以在和客人通知的時候強調一下這點。早餐就平價商務旅館水準，不會難吃。

除此之外由於停車位有限，需要客人停在步行約五分鐘的停車場，這點可接受。但是需要客人付款之後在發票上打統編在回到飯店進行退款，有些麻煩，如能直接提供折抵用的停車卡，那就太好了。
