Pros:

Pros:

This place deserves a solid 8 points but we are giving an additional point for the ladies in the reception, both of them were great. They went beyond their duties to help us out with our luggage, we carry a lot of sport equipment with us and it's never easy to go sightseeing. Staff was always smiled and helpful, great empathy and policy to do good business. Location is perfect as hotel is in the center of Andorra la Vella. In case your driving like us, paid and secure parking is just around the corner. Main bus station is also just 5 minutes walk away from the hotel and buses were take you from there to all places in Andorra. We used the local bus service to go to Tibetan Bridge, View Point or to resort to ski and ice skate, it's a max of 20 minutes wherever you need to go. Restaurants and shops are at the doorstep, it's a city center after all so no surprise here. Hotel itself is not bad all, we didn't pay much for the stay so our expectations were not very high, but we were really surprised once we got there. Views from the windows were stunning, your just at the bottom of a huge mountain, and once on the balcony you literally have a mountain wall outside. Rooms had comfy beds, balcony's, air conditioning, spacious bathrooms and huge wardrobes. WiFi working perfectly, that's very important with prices of internet data in Andorra (not in EU so get ready for big bills :) Overall, a very nice place and a very nice stay, especially for this kind of money, when compared with other hotels in the area.

Es un hotel muy sencillo y poco actualizado. Solo fuimos un fin de semana y buscábamos estar céntricos y poco más a buen precio; y era el más barato.

muy buenas vistas , el personal muy amable , la ubicación la verdad genial a unas cuadras del centro .

No es que no me haya gustado porque la calidad precio super bien si tendría que decir algo , a mejorar sería que en la ducha el flexible que va desde el grifo a la ducha era corto ,entonces para ducharse no era un poco incómodo ,sin embargo el agua espectacular , entonces el flexible es solo un detalle, por lo demás , super .gracias .

Pazar helyen fekszik, a szoba pont jó méretű és kényelmes, nagyon tiszta. Remek az ár-érték arány is, a személyzet segítőkész, figyelmes.

Cons:

Csak egy konnektor volt a szobában (meg egy a fürdőben), és az se a legjobb helyen, az olvasólámpa pedig alig pislákolt. Mind az utcáról, mind más szobákból sok zaj szűrődött be, az zavart kicsit.

Pros:

Les dutxes eren petites per una persona alta, i les cortines no serveixen de massa, l'aigua surt i la porta està bufada per el bassal que deixen. Una habitació tenia banyera, les altres dutxes.

-habitacion con vistas a Calle estrecha no tenia Nada que ver con las Fotos en la web ( en la web booking ves colcha verdes y toque tradicional montaña con ventanal y mucha luz)
Y te dan una habitacion pequeña y obscura sin luz cortina doble una TV colgado De pared y torcida, mobiliari i muy antiguado
Baño necesita mucha reforma
- muy mala insonorización se plan los otros clientes hablando en el rellano Como si estaban dentro de nuestra habitación
-desayuno buffet de 8€ Caro para tan. Poca elección.el cafè de la maquina no Vale
