The breakfast was excellent!
Their billing and payments system was a mess.
Nothing.
Firstly we paid extra and upgraded our rooms, but we encountered a significant issue with the room that caused inconvenience, especially for our elderly parents. The toilet had no water supply, which made it difficult for us to use the facilities comfortably. The process of shifting rooms caused trouble for our elderly parents, who were already tired from traveling. We understand that occasionally issues can arise, but we hope that the hotel can take steps to ensure the room surely checked before assigning them to guests, especially those with special needs.
Secondly, we were disappointed with the service. Despite requesting daily replenishment of tea and coffee packets, they were not refilling it during our stay. We hope that the hotel can improve its service .
The toilet was leaking and the whole bathroom was dirty
The room was so comfortable and warm. Darjeeling was freezing that day and we slept comfortably.
Breakfast was limited and abit cold. Dinning hall was freezing.

A lot of foul smell from bathroom, bathroom opening into room. Frequent power failure, toiletries refill to be told, they don't do it by themselves.
