Prijs/kwaliteit een tegenvaller
Pros:

Ligging van het hotel tussen Malia en Stalis was goed. Zeer goed bed.

Cons:

Geen eigen zwembad. Bij de schoonmaak werden enkel de lakens eraf getrokken en opgevouwen terug op het bed gelegd. Bed opmaken moest je zelf doen. Handdoeken werden maar om 2 a 3 dagen ververst. Kamer slecht 1 keer gedwijld en met de borstel opvegen gebeurde ook nauwelijks.
Bij het vertrek van onze dochter die een aantal dagen eerder huiswaarts keerde was het eerst een probleem dat ze voor vertrek nog snel een douche op onze kamer nam. Na overleg met de manager mocht het uiteindelijk toch, maar daar moest een uitzondering voor toegestaan worden.

Une super adresse
Pros:

2e séjour dans cet hôtel pour nous, toujours un réceptionniste aussi adorable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées. Plusieurs piscines au choix. Un parking pour se garer (ce qui est pratique dans Malia). La nourriture y est toujours excellente.

Cons:

Wifi qui laisse un peu à désirer si vous avez besoin de travailler.

Nette kamer met erg mooie badkamer
Aardig en behulpzaam personeel.
Goede service. Vaak schone handdoeken en lakens, zelfs de afwas werd gedaan

Cons:

Uitzicht vanaf balkon was er eigenlijk niet..
Her was relatief gehorig voor geluiden van de gang en naastgelegen restaurant

Very well located a little next to the village centre of Malia, but still on the main tourist road with many fine restaurants, bars, supermarkets and souvenir shops.

We had the large 4-1/2 room apartment. The size and furnishings, including the shady little seating area, were great. The guest service was also warm and very quick! Cleaning staff were very friendly and organised!

Cons:

Unfortunately, the bathtub shower did not have a curtain. No efforts were made to install this either.

That‘s a nogo.

Pros:

The apartment was exceptionally clean – it was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed regularly. We would especially like to mention Alex at the reception, whose professionalism greatly contributed to making our stay even more pleasant and relaxed. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Cons:

A wider choice of breakfast items would be a great addition.

AC is connected to windows, I was never explained this . Road to carpark and entry very narrow. Need to be extra careful. Some lower floor ones has no windows..
