Natee Place

立地があまり便利な場所ではないが、車かバイクがあれば良いホテルです。
半分は、アパートメントになっているが、特にうるさくわ無かった。
フロントの女性は英語が話せたので、良かった。

Big and spacious room, staff are friendly and helpful. Quiet place but far from the city.

I stayed in 2 different rooms over about a week (separated by a stay in another hotel). Both on the 3rd floor. No lift. They must have upgraded the housekeeping since earlier reviews since I found the rooms clean enough. Bed very comfy, fridge, tv, air. Wifi worked ok. A table and chairs would be nice, provided there was sufficient space. 1 of the rooms I stayed in was plenty large enough for a little more furniture.

Friendly, helpful front desk and cleaning staff; however there was a somewhat surly, unhelpful older gentleman occasionally working the front desk who is best avoided. I tried to leave my bag at the front desk or adjacent room but was quickly rebuffed. Unfortunate , since this would be a valuable service to customers at no cost to them.

You can call for a tuk-tuk from the hotel, or walk a few hundred meters north to a busier road (See Ping Muang Rd 4) to flag down a passing tuk-tuk or songtow (red truck). For convenience sake though you really need your own transportation. I rented a motorcycle (2 km from the hotel but I am sure there are closer rental places).

There is a small restaurant/coffee-shop across from the hotel , and a few thai style road-side restaurants on the aforementioned road a few hundred meters from the hotel. Also, a 7-11 on that road. Central Airport Plaza is a 15 walk away.

At 500-800 baht all-in per night, a great deal, especially over New Year's.

The worse hotel we ever visit during our one month trip around Thailand, staff could not even understand "wifi password" we found a cockcroack in our room as when we try to said to the staff on reception we want change room, they become really ungry, they said that we put it there and we have to leave the hotel! Manager was really clever, he said that we can stay but not get the 500 baths deposited for room due to "our bad behaviour". Was last night so we accept it coz we had plane at 4 am towards Phuket... I forgot my sunglasses in the bed and obviously they couldn't find anything on the room. NEVER BOOK A NIGHT THERE IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE

This hotel is in poor condition, also smells very bad inside the room. After checking in we could not stay because of bad smell in the room. Staff refused to give us money back. Travellers be aware..view the room before you pay at Natee Place.

If you are thinking if booking this hotel I would think again.. The rooms are NOTHING like the photos online so don't be fooled by them! Staff do not speak any English at all, room smelt of damp and bed was broken. This hotel should not be available for guests to book online!!

actually, this hotel is somewhere outside the city center but you know what? it's very close to the chiang mai airport and also the very big big mall. this hotel is kind of budget hotel , nothing much special only a place to sleep but as what i said, surrounded by the places where we can enjoy very much. the staff is so good, always smile and house keepers also nice, I requested to switch the room without any problem.
if you are looking for very cozy , comfort, luxury hotel, go others hotel but if you are looking for budget , easy to go for flight, come this hotel.
Additional, food local is so great! there' are many restaurant nearby, yes they are so tasty , i love to walk and find something to eat !
