Um momento de lazer, descanso, boa alimentação e bom tratamento, ideal para recarregar as energias

Ar condicionado silencioso; boa tv (apesar de eu ter trocado o controle remoto 2 vezes e ainda, os 2 apresentarem defeitos); da piscina limpa; da academia; do cheiro da praia ao fundo, ter diminuído bastante; das refeições e do café da manhã. Ano que vem, vamos pela 3a vez, se Deus quiser.

Cons:

O chuveiro do 101 estar com água toda espalhada; a garagem não cabe todos os carros dos hóspedes, no banheiro social, do corredor que vai para piscina, tinha uma barata e da porta do banheiro fazer barulho demais para abrir e fechar, à noite. Também, gostaria de mais ganchos nas paredes para pendurarmos roupas molhadas.

Pros:

Excelente localização perto de vários restaurantes e barzinhos e da praia do Forte. A equipe do hotel é ótima, em especial a Gabriela da recepção e o Diego Gigante do restaurante. Ambos muito cordiais e atenciosos.

Cons:

O quarto tinha um pouco de cheiro de mofo, corredores e área do restaurante muito gelados por causa do ar condicionado.
A sauna não estava funcionando muito bem e a internet do hotel é bem instável.

Superou minha expectativa!!! Para ganhar nota máxima esperamos na próxima hospedagem, pois iremos retornar, que para a reserva de suíte com banheira sejam disponibilizados roupões. Outra sugestão é maior privacidade da suíte 112. A sensação é que outros hospedes que estão na área piscina conseguem visualizar dentro da suíte. Preço elevado pelas instalações do quarto mal conservadas. Apoio de toalhas despregadas na parede. Ausência de instalações fixas de sabão líquido e shampoo. Colchão muito mole. Televisão com poucas opções de TV a cabo e aparelhos com funções sem instrução. Mesas do Café da manhã com serviço de limpeza lento ou inexistente.
