Pros:

O hotel está bem localizado, próximo a bares e restaurantes na Passagem. O hotel dispõe de um espaço para crianças pequenas, o que para nós valeu muito a pena

Cons:

Trocamos de quarto em razão do cheiro do banheiro, o qual, apesar de limpo, era forte. No segundo quarto, a porta de correr do armário estava solta e com risco de cair.

Fiquei impressionado com a gentileza dos funcionários, desde a recepção ,até a cozinha ,garçom,todos ,como se eu estivesse sendo mimado todo tempo ,a limpeza excepcional,a comida do restaurante muito boa .

Excellent views and relaxation in Cabo Frio.
Pros:

Excellent location overlooking beach and wide canal with lots of boats. Laid back hotel with lovely staff, especially Juliana and Camille on reception, who were very helpful and friendly. The room was great with a lovely balcony and view. We liked the pool and best of all, the amazing caiparinhas in the bar!!

O hotel é muito bonito e organizado, tem uma área de lazer excelente, pé na areia e é pertinho da ilha do japonês. Localização excelente no bairro da passagem e possui uma infraestrutura muito boa. Comida deliciosa. Voltarei mais vezes.

Bom hotel para ficar por poucos dias
Pros:

Bem localizado, perto de pontos turísticos e de praias, a área da piscina à noite é muito boa, o hotel é lindo e confortável. Tem um bom restaurante e bons funcionários. A limpeza é excepcional e eu acho o preço razoável.

Cons:

Tivemos dois problemas no quarto, o ar condicionado que teve que ter manutenção e o chuveiro que um dia só saia água quente, o wi-fi também é ruim.

Very good location close to a very picturesque part of the town. Within 5 mins you will be surrounded by bars and restaurants. A big thank you to the receptionist Juliana as she was lovely and made our day with her hospitality!!

Um momento de lazer, descanso, boa alimentação e bom tratamento, ideal para recarregar as energias
Pros:

Ar condicionado silencioso; boa tv (apesar de eu ter trocado o controle remoto 2 vezes e ainda, os 2 apresentarem defeitos); da piscina limpa; da academia; do cheiro da praia ao fundo, ter diminuído bastante; das refeições e do café da manhã. Ano que vem, vamos pela 3a vez, se Deus quiser.

Cons:

O chuveiro do 101 estar com água toda espalhada; a garagem não cabe todos os carros dos hóspedes, no banheiro social, do corredor que vai para piscina, tinha uma barata e da porta do banheiro fazer barulho demais para abrir e fechar, à noite. Também, gostaria de mais ganchos nas paredes para pendurarmos roupas molhadas.
