Butchard Villas Sun Moon Lake

包棟的住宿，三張雙人床，有一張是一樓一開門，因此這張床是沒有隱密空間的。

After spending some days in Hong Kong and Taipei, it felt wonderful to stay at Butchards Villa, so quiet and beautiful. It is really an oasis. We were welcomed by Melissa the receptionist, she was so sweet, we were offered fruit, waffles and coffee free of charge. Our room was very big, nice bath, overlooking the front off the hotel. Strongly recommend this room! We had dinner at the hotel, food was also good.Since we had some trouble with a wrong booking after our visit in the Sun Moon Lake area, Melissa helped us change this and book flights to Penghu islands. As if this was not enough, she personally drove us in her own private car up to visit the lake the next day. She also wanted us to call her for the return, which we did not, it felt as way too much to receive. There are a number of hotels up at the lake, but we are so happy we did not choose to stay there, it is quite crowded and noisy, much better to hear birds singing in the morning than scooters and buses. VERY Recommendable.

豪華雙人房，滿寬昶有客廳吧台，避暑應該不錯，因為寒冷的天氣來到這裡，棉被不太夠用，有一個電熱暖爐但是只有1公尺內會溫熱，有一個大浴缸但是無水龍頭要用淋浴噴頭加水，下面用洗衣機灣管接到淋浴間，滿克難的！不過算是乾淨的民宿，早餐ㄧ般般，清粥麵包都有，停車場很大，也有大泳池跟噴泉還有包棟的住宿

Swimming pool was empty of water. Fruit flies infested dining area. Large, comfortable rooms with good bed and good bathroom.

Customer service was top notch. One lady in particular drove us to and fro the local laundromat voluntarily since there was no dryer on site. The laundromat had commercial sized washers and dryers so our family loads were done quickly.

我們是包棟木屋，網站上是標註三間房，其實其中是一樓客廳放床，幸好有一家臨時來不了，否則分配房間會很麻煩。室內空間不大，但用品都不錯，免治馬桶座，膠囊咖啡機等。
民宿的無菜單料理也值得一試，是外面比較吃不到的功夫菜，可惜泳池、spa基本是裝飾性質居多

服務態度好，老闆娘跟員工好親切，下午點心準備很用心，小朋友餵鴨鴨餵到不想回家了，地點很幽靜，介於九族文化村跟日月潭的中間，去這兩個地方都很方便，房間跟浴室都很乾淨，是個不錯的住宿環境。

Great garden, nice & comfortable rooms, and great great hospitality of owner and staff. Swimming pool is great enough for family swimming. It is just 10 mins walk from near-by small town, where you can have good local food and there are two convenience store. It would be more convenient if you have a car to hit the tourist spot! They have staff who can communicate in English too. Great place for family relax stay. Breakfast is just great too!

服務親切，環境優美，適合有小朋友的家庭

這次入住很幸運獲得免費升級，房間非常大間，裡面有暖爐、膠囊咖啡機、藍芽音響、吧台餅乾以及冰箱裡有飲料（可免費取用），廁所十分乾淨清潔，有免治馬桶跟浴缸。整體入住感覺相當舒適，很多小地方可看出業者的用心，像是衣櫥裡有小孩睡覺防跌護欄，洗手台旁除了一般衛浴用品外還有漱口水。早餐有中式白粥跟吐司，配菜可以續加，完全可以吃飽沒問題，很用心的業者，值得推薦喔～

住宿環境很舒適，房間也很乾淨整潔，如果夏天到訪，還可以悠閒的躺在泳池邊，可惜這次冬天沒使用到。 會推薦朋友。 只是地點一定要開車才方便，如果是背包客，要考慮交通方式。

房內有免治馬桶、膠囊咖啡機、招待的小點飲料，有停車場、戶外泳池、spa池、老闆老闆娘很親切，把園區維護的非常美、風景怡然、適合放鬆一下的好地方

環境清幽、乾淨舒適、很適合一家大小來度週末！附近有魚池市區，買小吃都很方便！

房間乾淨整潔，設備新穎用心，整個環境設計的很符合度假的心情，很適合家庭出遊，甚至不用再安排行程，留在渡假村即可，尤其民宿主人兩夫妻很親切、用心，值得一去再去喔!
