Cityinn Hotel Plus Fuxing N. Rd. Branch

The CityInn Hotel Plus on Fuxing N. Road in Taipei is conveniently located near the Zhongshang MRT station- a less than five minute walk. Regardless even with the MRT line running on a track above ground, we were not bothered by any sound with our room facing the front of the CityInn Hotel Plus.

The commute on the MRT to locations within Taipei were accessible easily within the underground MRT even with transfers but prepare to walk a bit up and down and around.
There are a lot of convenience stores but many places to eat for breakfast are not open until 11a.m. or so. If you are looking for a place for breakfast, you may need to walk around and check with the popular convenience stores sas Family Mart or 7-11.

The CityInn Hotel Plus has a great security system as you only have access to the elevators if you have a room card. The rooms are very spacious and kept very clean. The only minor problem was the bathroom sink that was a bit clogged at times. The drainage was just slow. The internet connection was good in the rooms as well as within the building itself. They also leave snacks such as varieity of chips and bottles of water in the room each day.

On the second floor, there are washers and dryers available as well as a huge lounge with tables, chairs, sink, microwave, plates, bowls, and utensils that you are welcome to use but need to wash after using. They also offer plenty of snacks and drinks during the afternoon- from cookies, crackers, and drinks. In addition, during breakfast, they offer prepackaged items that you can prepare with boiled water-- like a soup base dish that has nutritional value.

Definitely a nice place to recommend staying while visiting Taipei. The front desk staff were very helpful and courteous in assisting us in locating certain places around Taipei.

The staffs services were excellent. Very helpful and full of spirit. the rooms were clean and comfortable. Very convenient to every location. Definitely be back again when travel to Taipei. Excellent keep up the good work. Enjoy every moment

Had a great time staying in Taiwan with Cityinn Hotel Plus - Fuxing N. Rd., Branch. Check in and check out was super smooth and our receptionist Jinni helped us with making sure we were able to drop off our bags and store our luggage while we explored the city. The amenities provided were amazing and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone staying in Taipei. And will be my first choice when I come back.

Wonderful hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff. Receptionists Sharon Ho is very knowledgeable with local sites and restaurants.

The rooms are clean and have all the amenities comparable to high end hotels back at home.

I left the hotel for a week to travel around Taiwan and they kept my luggage safe in their storage until I returned.

I was also surprised to find the hotel had laundry and dryer available free of charge. There was also a variety of snacks and instants noodles to choose from for a late night snack.

Looking forward to return again on my next trip to Taipei.

Location was easy to find and convenient (near a MRT, bus stops, convenience stores and restaurants). Not too busy and safe.

The hotel was classy (quite business-like) and well maintained (does not seem old at all), not much facilities but those provided (e.g. coffee, drinking water, snacks, instant noodles, rest area, umbrella, laundry cleaning, desktop computers, WiFi) are great. Rooms were extremely clean and well designed. Housekeeping was excellent. Beds, pillows, bathroom were comfortable.

People were friendly, professional, efficient and helpful.

Price could be slightly on the "high" side but I truly felt it was worth every penny. I really had a thoroughly pleasant stay.

I stayed at CityInn plus 338 Fushing N. from August 16 through August 25, 2025. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help with any request, which made the experience feel welcoming throughout my visit.

I will certainly return again in the not so distant future.

The hotel service was good. They offered different kinds of instant noodles and beverages for free. Besides this, the price of room was affordable, and the room was clean. The location of the hotel was good because it was near a market and MRT station. Additinally, hotel staff were polite.

Staffs are friendly and helpful, and can provide local suggestions re: shopping / dinning etc. Also, hotel had a list of shopping for local brands (mainly local food), and are of good quality and can save a lot of time & effort for travelers. Sure will come back again in next Taipei trip

Absolutely amazed by the service, it's been a long time since I visit Taipei and surprisingly when I checked in, Sherry from front desk remembered me even before I took out my passport. It was definitely a good surprise and she was very welcoming. The hotel is very convinient and have MRT and convience stores around it. Highly recommended.

Overall the hotel is clean and convenient. The room is a bit smaller. One short coming is that to get in and out of the shower you will need a stepping stool.

Ms Huang at front desk was very kind and helpful. She helped us with calling taxi, provides excellent dinning recommendations in the area. 2nd floor lounge area has large space to enjoy breakfast or snacks while wait for laundry. Having a functional and 24 hour laundry facility is very helpful for guests who travels with their families.

Amazing service and very clean room.

Hotel is clean and bright but room is quit small. Some rooms has both bath tub and balcony which I don’t need.
Working desk and bed is reasonable.
There is a light above working desk which is great.
Free laundry washing machine so can use anytime if needed.
Location is near 2 MRT stations and I would say it is of good location.
Price is reasonable.

It's an awesome hotel at a really convenient location, close to MRT and various Bus stations. Staff are super nice, especially Annie Lin. We truly appreciate the housekeeping staff as our room was always nicely made up and cleaned every day. Most important thing is access to self laundry - that we got to wash our clothes after a long hot sweaty day in beloved city of Taipei.
