Хороший отель в центре города. Первоначально машину рекомендовали поставить на задворки, пришлось обращаться повторно и повторно переставлять.

Pros:

Хороший Отель, но 5звезд там, конечно, нет. Отзывчивый и приветливый персонал. Номера чистые, просторные, но давление в душе живет своей жизнью, что делает мытьё некомфортным. В ресторане неплохо готовят, а вот получить явно прокисшее вино можно легко, но доказать это бармену-нереально.

Отсуствие горячей воды после рабочего дня. Заселение в не освобожденный номер и не только у меня но и у коллег 3 человека.

Хороший отель, комфортабельный номер. Неплохой тренажёрный зал. Услугами СПА воспользоваться не успел.

Уровень персонала на высоте
Pros:

Номера за свою цену довольно маленькие, что странно. Очень удивил персонал (ресепшн, кафе) такое впечатление что их в Японии обучали, ключ от номера 2мя руками вручают, все очень вежливо, все внимательны, тебя запоминают, номер даже не надо говорить, всегда готовы помочь итд итп.
PS если хотите массаж в спа то бронируйте заранее, все на ближайшие 2 дня занято

Сервис не дотягивает, но отель хороший
Pros:

Хороший отель с непонятными закидонами у персонала. На просьбу выписаться на час позже, сказали, что выставят счёт за поздний выезд. Завтрак неплохой. В общем, если подтянуть отношение к гостям, то будет вполне достойно.
