Oldfashioned - Zimmer naja - Abendessen ein Traum - Frühstück gut - Preis teuer
Pros:

Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet, unfassbar kreativ und gut. Frühstück war normal, nichts Besonderes, keine Milchsorten zum Auswählen, die Spiegeleier waren mit Liebe gemacht. Brotauswahl auch sehr beschränkt. Check-in früher als angegeben. Leider konnte ich das Wellness-Angebot nicht nutzen. Wanderwege sind toll.

Cons:

Als ich ankam mit Hund, den ich bezahle, musste ich auf das Zimmer warten. Ich wurde gefragt, ob ich ein Glas Sekt möchte, das habe ich verneint. Schließlich bekam ich einen Alkoholfreien Saft - das Hotel war als Hundefreundlich angeschrieben, dann erwarte ich mir zumindest, dass ein Wassernapf angeboten wird. Ich hatte eine 2,5 Stunden Fahrt hinter mir. Auch im Zimmer hätte ich mir mehr erwartet, zumindest einen Napf oder wenigstens ein Hundeleckerli - gar nichts. Das Zimmer war oldfashioned, vielleicht hat das für manche Flair, aber nicht mein Stil. Glastür zu Dusche unansehnlich - voller Kalk und echt grauslich. Der Lüfter oberhalb vom Klo hing schon weg, und auch die Tücherbox an der Wand hing gefährlich herunter, der Lichtschalter verschmutzt. Mein Ausblick eine Katastrophe! bzw. da war kein Ausblick. Wunderschöne Hotelanlage
Pros:

Ambiente,
gut durchdachte Wellnessbereiche,
das Wasserqualität im Becken war gut temperiert.
Das Abendessen bis auf die Dessert hervoragend.
Personal war höflich,pflichbewusst...
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt,planen wieder zu kommen.

Cons:

Der Dessertmacher soll sich einwenig weiterbilden.(Tiramisu und Schomlauernockel war nur Pampe mit Schischi,Schokoküchlein ohne flüssige Kern Karamellsauce zu viel Salz)

Perfect & relaxing time!
Pros:

Everything was very clean, jacuzzi very nice on the hill with panoramic view, everything functional. The pools were incredibly clean and the water on a very good temperature.
The room was on the 1st floor with balcony, spacious and beautifully furnished.
Breakfast full, nothing was missing. I would definitely go back!

Cons:

slippers in the room would be a "nice to have"
