Pros:

The property was really cute, great location.

Cons:

We had a 2 bed suite…one bed was great, the other squeaked every time we rolled or moved at all…it was quite loud

Location was great and the room with kitchenette was great.

Cons:

There was nothing supplied to make coffee, just enough for the first morning before having to go shopping was
expected, as most hotels provide, but there was nothing. Also, most hotels do not require you to stop at the desk upon checkout. I was notified an hour after I left that I may be charged for a late checkout when I was already gone. Also very surprised there were no ice machines.

It was ok, not sure I would stay again if I was not by myself.
Pros:

Pool was good. Beds comfortable and it was clean.

Cons:

That the double beds were in the same room was not an ideal situation with a parent and an adult child. There was little privacy and it was not comfortable.

Convenient location, free parking, beautiful breezy palms view.
Pros:

This is an excellent location. The view is spectacular, and you can walk to Lazy Days.
The interior of our little apartment was spacious, and we appreciated the full kitchen.

Cons:

Some furnishings —especially our deck furniture— could use a little updating for comfort.

Pros:

Breezy Palms is a traditional type accommodation on the Overseas Highway. It is heavy with cars and trucks to and from Key West day and night. (We left the bathroom fan on overnight as a form of white noise to try to mask the traffic noise) The road is always busy. Room 207 has obviously been recently refurbished with new bathroom and kitchen. They were both of a good standard. However, being sold as accommodating 4 persons, you could not eat a meal together as there were not enough plates or glasses and you were unable to use the oven as there were no trays or oven safe dishes. Actually there were no dishes other than cereal bowls. The only utensil available was a soup ladle!! No knives or cooking utensils at all.
Also the blinds at the window were ineffective, the lighting in the car park is very bright thus making the sleeping area very light. We noted some owners had covered the windows with refuse bags to reduce the light.
The pool and public areas were well maintained and clean and tidy, and access to the beach was a bonus. We feel the location is a good stopover for onward travel but we stayed for 3 nights and that was ok but a week would have been troublesome in ill equipped room 207.
Would we stay again ? Probably not unless the above problems have been rectified.
