We were only stopping over a couple of nights wished we had booked longer

Breakfast was beautiful…lovely staff….never did self check-in before staff helped out

Zimmer war im Hochsommer leider überhitzt, Fenster gingen nicht richtig auf.

It was a comfortable stay

Location. It was an easy walk into the main shopping area.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The stairs and getting our luggage up to the room.

The location was really great. The room was comfortable. It was clean. And self check-in was super easy.

Cons:

The room was very hot. They did provide a fan, but another one to have on the bedside beside each person would’ve been nice and because it is above a bar, it did get very loud. We also stayed when the weather seemed to be abnormally hot.

Pros:

The staff and especially Jeany the manager were so helpful and friendly. Really went out their way for us. The location of the hotel was brilliant to. Walking distance to everything and train station right across the road.

Cons:

Nothing that we did not like. It was all good.

Brilliant value for money.
Pros:

Close to city centre. Friendly staff. Self check in.

Cons:

Our window didn’t close properly which meant they had to come and close it shut until the maintenance team were in the following day. This meant when it got too warm we couldn’t open the window.

Pros:

Son emplacement ni trop loin ni trop proche du centre 10 min à pieds (30 min du Titanic Belfast que je recommande fortement).
La chambre spacieuse et propre.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé 2 chambres, la nôtre se trouvait au-dessus du bar donc légèrement bruyante le soir mais à minuit plus rien. En revanche j'ai été beaucoup plus gênée par les autres clients qui claquaient les portes et parlaient bruyamment dans le couloir. Mais ça ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel, plus un manque d'éducation des gens.
