Excellent stay in SLC!
Pros:

Outstanding service and great product: very comfortable room, spacious and well equipped with a longer or shorter stay, with all kitchen amenities. Hot shower and strong in room WiFi with a comfortable working desk and chair.

Breakfast is served daily, with good variety of items, not the average American breakfast; much better quality.

Fitness center is also well equipped and available 24H.

The breakfast starting time was off. It said breakfast normally starts at 6 am during the week and 7 am on weekends; but, the people at the front desk seemed to create their own time at 6:30 am.

We really liked staying here, and it was so covenient with close by restaurants and shopping.

We found the facilities adequate, location and freeway access very convenient. We will stay again.
Pros:

Breakfastwas okay-not great. Locatiobwas perfect for us. Family lived less than 5 minutes away with easy access to freeway.

Cons:

We were there 6 nights.You indicate that rooms would be " refreshed" every other day; ours was only once.

Amazing customer service and stunning rooms!

My mother and I checked into Room 234 (a 1 bedroom suite) on December 31st (for a 6 night stay) since we decided to celebrate our New Year’s Eve in Salt Lake City and ski at Park City Mountain Resort for 6 days. Our room was cleaned very well by the top-notch housekeeping team. The daily complimentary breakfast buffet was outstanding with a huge variety of breakfast offerings. The oatmeal was by far the best oatmeal I have ever had in the USA. The fitness center is very well maintained with state-of-the-art cardio equipment + weights. In addition to the excellent amenities offered at this hotel, I would like to share the names of multiple hotel employees who demonstrated a first-rate level of customer service. Emma (front desk employee), Abby (front desk employee), Mohammad (front desk employee), Maria (housekeeping attendant), Eve (front desk employee) and Erica (housekeeping supervisor) were all outstanding and they truly provided a top-notch level of customer service during our entire stay. We look forward to returning back to this superb hotel in the near future due to the very clean rooms, excellent amenities and outstanding customer service. We have highly recommended this hotel to all our friends, family members and co-workers. As a Silver Hilton Honors member, I am grateful for the opportunity to have stayed at this wonderful hotel.

Pros:

The location was great, just hoped the firepit would have been light up when we first got there. The indoor pool was good to have.

Cons:

Wish we could have gotten the room with a bath tub or a different one instead of small sliding glass door was hard to give my daughter her shower every night before bed. And house keeping forgot toilet paper and to take out all the trash.

Nightmare
Pros:

Absolute nightmare. Running and pounding on the floor at all hours during my two night stay. Complained 5 times, even in person at the desk. They offered me a different room after third complaint. I didn’t take it. I’m sitting in the lobby after getting no sleep looking at a plaque on the wall telling me that the night is on them if I wasn’t completely satisfied. Instead I got the assistant manager’s card. Totally unacceptable. Getting ready for a full day’s traveling on 2 nights of broken sleep. Torture. I guess by not taking the offer of the other room, I’m out of luck. I’ll have to put my boss on it, I guess. Horrible experience.
