City Central Hotel

Dear,Managent In charge I can say that Iam quite a regular in city central and Iam writing due to my unpleasant stay and treatment from 1 of your staff I eloberate a small build Chinese lady with a stuck up and rude outlook and respond to guest frankly let me give the management my point of view if this lady don't know how to respect guest and smile I guess she don't belong to the Service Industry.And I believe the management are not on the ground to see this problem so as a guest I pay and not staying city central for free so I demand a small respect from your hotel staff as Iam a guest .But for the pass few days this small build Chinese lady wearing city central uniform really piss me off as if she owns the hotel ,higher management please look into the matters as if this staff keep on having her attitude problem towards guest she can spoilt city central good names from the outlook of a guests perception.Management should take note about this matters seriously before the situation get Bad for your hotel outlook and please send her for a hotel course so she can learn to respect guests in future .

Good choice very friendly staff two street to nagoya hill

Stayed here when the hotel was newly opened about 5 yrs ago
Back then everyone was cheerful, now is entirely different atmosphere
Check in staff wasnt friendly at all, no smiles and no greetings
The only staff that was helpful and friendly were the houskeeping and security, always smile and greet
On my second day, there was a lift maintenance in progress and it took quite a long time hence i have to go up and down and my room is on the third floor. The only good thing abt the hotel is its location just opposite nagoya hill and right behind there are rows of money changers

This hotel was bad now booking no included bfast. Yet pricing was up much as compare before with bfast

Hotel was expensive. Late check in.

Clean rooms. Close to nagoya hill shopping mall. food courts and money changers around the place. 10 mts walkable to the nagoya shopping mall. No safety box inside the room. However I believe the safety box is at the reception. Free breakfast is available. Food was ok.

Place was quite clean and Staff was very friendly. We've a 2 hrs massage at the hotel n were quite satisfied.

I like is because it is near nagoya ill mall and the hotel is value for money.

Got cockroaches in the room

Having houseflies in the morning breakfast ,that was not very present, hope can improve the cleanliness

Excellent budget hotel too bad hardly to sleep.....

Worth to stay. Excellent budget hotel. Good location and good foods area. Highly recommended to all budget travellers.

Expensive hotel

So far I have stsy this hotel few times and so far good also location easy to shopping and eat. 👍

Breakfast was simple, food was cold, Strategically located

Nice hotel with decent breakfast. Do not expect fancy breakfast buffet as you typically expect from a 5 star hotel.
