ホテルの設備はとても清潔で、シャワーの水圧やトイレの水洗も申し分ないです。
タオル類は、すこし古いです。

地點離國華街、保安路很近，走路就到；服務人員態度不錯，但人力不足，經過櫃台有一半的頻率，櫃台沒有人；房間算舒適乾淨，但燈光偏暗，看電視或手機都覺得不舒服。

空氣不流通，漂白水味道很重

進去時漂白水味很重，走廊沒空調似乎沒開，空氣不流通又混雜一些奇怪味道，隔天早上腳被好幾個小黑蚊叮大包

很喜歡這個旅宿，但是經營團隊請加油！
Pros:

地點很好，步行到國華街跟保安路都非常方便！入住過三次，但是三次飯店名稱都不一樣，問了櫃檯說是換團隊經營，櫃檯不是24小時且需要兼房務，所以很多時候旅客需要自助。入住時才被告知房間是無障礙客房，但是設計上不是很方便，客房內浴室是拉門 洗臉盆的水龍頭是感應式但非常不靈敏，只是想洗臉都很不順利，免治馬桶也故障了。六樓的空間依舊可以自由使用，是比較值得欣慰的地方。

Great accommodation
Pros:

雖然check in跟前台服務有限定時間 但不影響方便度～地點絕佳 步行就可以到國華街品嚐台南美食 對外隔音不錯但走廊比較聽得到其他房客關門聲 六樓的公共空間非常舒適 退房後還可以再使用讓旅客覺得相當窩心！值得推薦的台南住宿！

鬧中取靜的好地方
Pros:

本次入住四人房，住宿十分舒適。由於並不是旅館，因此櫃台並非24hr都有人，記得先與飯店連繫入住。六樓咖啡廳也很舒服。鄰近國華街，用餐相當方便。
