Bequemes, sauberes und praktisches Zuhause auf Zeit.

- Zentrale Lage (Wels, Linz)
- Spar nebenan
- man findt in der Wohnung alles was man zum Überleben braucht
- freundliches Reinigungspersonal
- viele Parkplätze

Duschkopf muss repariert werden, hält nicht, rutscht immer ganz nach unten!

Für ältere Personen ungeeignet, sehr lange und mühselige Wege zu den Zimmern.
Pros:

Zimmer sehr schön.

Cons:

Als Besucher kommt man kaum zu den Zimmern, ohne die Person anzurufen, weil man keine Schlüsselkarte hat. Das Gebäude ist komplett abgeriegelt,
(Es gibt kein Foyer, geschweigedenn kommt man irgendwie überhaupt in das Gebäude)was ich aus Sicherheitstechnischen Gründen verstehe. Nur wann ältere Personen/Angehörige aus dem Ausland dort einquartiert sind, ohne Handy wird es schwierig diesen mitzuteilen, das man jetzt da ist, um sie abzuholen. Überhaupt über die Weihnachtsfeiertage bei einem längeren Aufenthalt.
Eine Klingel/Telefon am Zimmer oder ähnliches wäre toll gewesen.
