מלון מוזנח, מיושן, ללא בריכה וללא ספא

הזמנתי מלון עם בריכה וספא.במציאות- לא ממש.
כשהגעתי, התברר שהבריכה בכלל לא של המלון, היא מחייבת תשלום נוסף, והיא בכלל נסגרת ב31/8
הזמנתי את המלון חדשיים קודם.
הספא נסגר לשיפוצים 3 ימים לפני שהגענו; יהיה סגור עד דצמבר. שלחו לי הודעה לאתר בוקינג ולא למייל יומיים קודם.
הסדינים היו נוקשים ומגרדים. המלון מוזנח. לא מרגיש נקי.
גבו ממני מחיר של מלון ספא עם בריכה;(180€), בלי בריכה ובלי ספא..כעת החדרים נמכרים סביב 60€.

La recepcionista de las tardes espectacular.

Necesita una remodelación
El spa estaba de reformas y calidad precio es caro. En la media pensión no entran las bebidas y al final te sale por un buen extra .

Hicimos una reserva para ese alojamiento por el spa, un mes antes. Cuando fuimos estaban en remodelación y no pudimos utilizarlo.

O hotel é excelente, o café da manhã é magnífico, a limpeza é impecável e os funcionários são muito atenciosos.

Cons:

Eu fiz a reserva por causa do SPA, mas quando cheguei no hotel o SPA não estava funcionando por causa de reformas.

Desde el primer dia vem coneixer a la Cristina, i ella ens va aconsellar amb tot. un 10 per ella. realment a sigut una persona,super amable i propera,en tot moment.
segur que repetirem, i esperem probar el Spa. renovat. L'unica cosa que ens a faltat.

Veel teveel betaald voor te weinig comfort.

De locatie aan de rand van het centrum

Cons:

Het is een spa therme, daarvoor hebben we speciaal deze boeking gedaan in februari. Om te relaxen. 2 dagen voor aankomst krijgen we mail dat de spa gesloten is. Geen restitutie aangeboden! Balkon is geen balkon maar een Frans balkon waar je niet op kunt zitten. Zwembad was buiten gebruik. Dit alles maakt het geen 4 sterren hotel maar een 2 sterren.

Nous avons passé un super séjour l'équipe et le personnel était au top rien à dire le cadre était super avec la source qui coule juste derrière l'hôtel c'était magnifique à refaire avec plaisir au prochain les vacances je n'ai pas regretté ma femme et moi nous avons été ravis on remercie toute l'équipe de cet hôtel

Está situado justo en la Av.Carlemany. A unos 100m si llega de la zona peatonal de las tiendas. Ubicación perfecta. El personal es muy agradable y las habitaciones muy bien. Ampli cama y todo muy limpio.

Cons:

El Spa no está disponible hasta diciembre.

Simplemente una estancia y atención fantástica!
Pros:

El hotel es fantástico . Está situado muy cerca de la zona de compras y del buen ambiente de Andorra
Quiero destacar especialmente la atención recibida por Cristina, personal de recepción. Desde el primer momento nos atendió con una amabilidad, profesionalidad y cercanía excepcionales.

El no poder disfrutar del spa porque estaba en obras y nos han informado con poca antelación

Muy recomendable
Pros:

Cama muy grande y habitación y baño de gran tamaño. Desayuno tipo bufet que puedes pagar aparte del alojamiento si no lo tienes incluido. También hay opción a parking por 15€ el día. Muy centrico y cerca de la calle comercial más importante.

Cons:

El circuito spa estaba cerrado por reformas, una lástima. Piscina pública cerrada por final de temporada. Uno de los días nos fué dificil salir con el carrito del bebé porque estaban todos los carritos de limpieza de las habitaciones.
