Je n ai pas pour habitude d’etre dur dans mes commentaires. Je pratique à titre personnel et aussi professionnel les hôtels de façon régulière. Dans le cas présent j'avoue avoir ete tres déçu par mon choix. Le tarif etait purement exagere pour la prestation . La réservation était dans le cadre d un anniversaire (aucune attention apportee) . La chambre était tres bruyante (au dessus des cuisines et des machineries cumulée a la route juste en dessous) et un peu depassee (salle de bain). Encore une fois l hotel reste correct mais pour ce tarif, je m'attendais a beaucoup mieux.... j ai pris 2 autres réservations sur andorre dans la même semaine, les prix sont divises par 2 avec des prestations plus élevées ....c est dommage , partons du principe que nous n avons pas eu de chance en ayant la chambre 111 et un spa en panne....
La habitación genial, limpieza y el personal muy amable. En especial Cristina, la recepcionista, un amor de mujer, simpática, amable y siempre luciendo una sonrisa. Te pregunta cómo te ha ido, nos asesoró de lo que podíamos ver y visitar

Lo único que no me gustó es como todo en España Andorra y muchos países europeos la habitancion te la venden como con aire pero es mentira tienen como una temperatura que aunque lo bajes en el termostato de la habitación eso no enfría tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta por el calor dentro de la habitación sudaba, pero el río suena mucho entonces tienen que decidir si morirte de calor o dormir con bastante ruido yo preferí el ruido
