There was nothing I didn't like.
La chica de recepción fue super amable. Aparcamos en el parking de pago nada más llegar y al hacer el check in queríamos ir al spa, pero estaba todo ocupado. Cuando subimos a la habitación nos llamó enseguida para decirnos que otros clientes habían cancelado, así que pudimos disfrutar de ese rato de relax. La zona de aguas estaba muy bien. Además la ubicación es perfecta si la idea es ir a esquiar.
El restaurante. Nos pareció de muy mala calidad en general, pero aun más teniendo en cuenta lo que pagamos. Ni los primeros (sopa andorrana i spaguettis) ni los segundos (pescados) nos parecieron nada aceptables, pero mi pareja y yo nunca nos quejamos, simplemente como clientes decides volver o no a un restaurante en concreto. No obstante, en esta ocasión creímos necesario avisarles de un plato en concreto que era de setas, porque nada más comer la primera la tuvimos que dejar en el plato del mal sabor que tenían, primero la probó mi pareja y después yo. Dejamos el plato entero, pero lo más gracioso es que con educación avisamos a la camarera de que las setas no estaban bien y que por favor las retiraran y volvió diciendo que el cocinero le había dicho que estaban recién cogidas (cuando ya no es época de setas), pero lo más increíble fue que la excusa que dieron es que las setas tienen este sabor y que es un plato típico de Andorra. Lo que desconocía la camarera es que somos de Catalunya y que siempre vamos a coger bolets y hemos comido muchísimos, por lo que precisamente les avisamos de que no estaban bien. Que dos personas no puedan ni comerse más de una seta del mal sabor que tenían es algo muy significaficativo, pero que te hagan sentir tonto como si las setas fueran típicas de Andorra ya es lamentable. Ambos al día siguiente tuvimos que ir al baño nada más empezar la mañana. Por supuesto nos cobraron la totalidad del plato aun y observando que estaba todo menos dos setas que nos "comimos".
Cogimos la habitación doble deluxe y sabíamos que nos gustaría pero nos acabó encantando!
Además el personal de recepción con el que tratamos (3-4 diferentes) eran todos encantadores, super resolutivos y atentos.
Y el desayuno genial, tenías para elegir entre algo sano y 'no tan sano' y todo buenísimo y de calidad... (que el zumo de naranja fuera natural y exprimido al momento hizo que le sumara puntos a mi estancia allí al momento jaja)
We had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is superb, very close to Andorra La Vella, just a short walk from the heart of town. The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, with lovely views that added to the overall feeling of comfort. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent restaurant, for both breakfast and dinner. What truly stood out was the staff, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!
Honestly, nothing significant. The stay was very enjoyable overall.
