Cons:

It’s not close to sights. Also, I would not recommend them to do your laundry. They did a horrible job: they got my clothes mixed up with other guests, so I lost a pair of pants, and so did another guest-as I got their pants. Also the laundry was not folded, so it came back wrinkled.

Staff did everything they could to make my stay as good as possible
Pros:

staff were great - really helpful and did everything they could to fix any issues. They gave me a fantastic room - it was massive

Cons:

internet was incredibly slow sometimes less than 5mbps. Since the reason for my extended stay was to upload a lot of data prior to going to China this was a major problem for me -they did what they could to improve the situation but it was still a bit of a disaster

Bed wasn't comfortable and breakfast was average

Do not eat at the restaurant at the top of the hotel - food was overpriced and low quality

Pros:

Great room! The facilities could have been better, a lot of the gym equipment wasn’t working and the pool seemed to be shut during our stay.
We also went to the room top bar during our stay and we sat for a good 20 mins without anyone taking our order, whilst the waitress sat watching videos on her phone. We ended up leaving before we ordered anything.

Pros:

Cute style, clean, comfortable.

Cons:

Night staff at checkin told us no brekkie during Pi Mai, but in fact there was, so we missed it day one (though honestly during Pi Mai not sure if we would have woken up early enough 🤣). Upon checkout card machine wasn't working so had to use all of our cash, then challenges for change. Not a deal breaker but a few improvements in the logistics would take this up in rating for us.

Best stay in Laos!
Pros:

The staff was incredible and friendly! The upstairs rooftop restaurant and bar is spectacular! The restaurant below is also a gem!!
