I like all. Charming guesthouse in the old town, spacious room with comfy bed and big bathroom with lovely little balcony. The housekeeping clean the room every day. The owner is very kind and helpful. Wondeful location! Feel authentic & local vibe of Chiang Mai.

The outside of the property was really nice and available for us to just chill. The bedroom was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was also clean. It was nice that there was a small balcony because it allowed us to get fresh air.
Minor thing was that the shower didn’t have hot water, but not sure if we just didn’t know how to turn on the hot water. Other than that, everyone was really welcoming and kind. we loved it here

Super bien placé. Sin , la propriétaire, parle très bien français et s’est occupé de prendre les rdv pour nos différentes excursions. C’est une personne très attentionnée et très généreuse que nous recommandons sincèrement. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.

SIN la propriétaire est adorable. Elle nous a très gentiment accueilli et nous a donné de précieux conseils. Les chambres sont très propres et le personnel très agréable. La situation de la guesthouse est juste parfaite. Dans la vieille ville au calme et proche de tout.

The rooms were clean and cool even though there was no air conditioning. It is centrally located.
First impressions count and on arrival after a long and stressful flight I was not made to feel genuinely welcome. I felt so uncomfortable waiting for my room that I was considering to leave and find another place to stay. I should have. The 'guest' house clearly prefers to cater to the French and so I would not recommend this guest house to any other nationality.
The guest house is very noisy at night as it sits next to a large nightly food court and open air drinking establishments.
L'emplacement, la propreté et la gentillesse de Syn, qui nous a bien aidé par ses conseils. Je recommande fortement cet établissement. Merci encore pour l'accueil.
