Unwelcoming unless you are French and it is noisy at night
Pros:

The rooms were clean and cool even though there was no air conditioning. It is centrally located.

Cons:

First impressions count and on arrival after a long and stressful flight I was not made to feel genuinely welcome. I felt so uncomfortable waiting for my room that I was considering to leave and find another place to stay. I should have. The 'guest' house clearly prefers to cater to the French and so I would not recommend this guest house to any other nationality.
The guest house is very noisy at night as it sits next to a large nightly food court and open air drinking establishments.

Soggiorno super piacevole
Pros:

La signora che gestisce è stata super gentile e disponibile con un sorriso contagioso, entrando si prova un senso di confusione nella reception e nei vani scala ma poi la camera era in ordine e pulita con sempre bottiglie di acqua fresca in frigo e sistemata ogni giorno.
