L’idéal au centre de Chiang Mai
Pros:

Super bien placé. Sin , la propriétaire, parle très bien français et s’est occupé de prendre les rdv pour nos différentes excursions. C’est une personne très attentionnée et très généreuse que nous recommandons sincèrement. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.

Bon accueil, la propriétaire parlait français c'est un plus.
Possibilité de déjeuner juste en face de l entrée.
Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec petite terrasse.

Pros:

SIN la propriétaire est adorable. Elle nous a très gentiment accueilli et nous a donné de précieux conseils. Les chambres sont très propres et le personnel très agréable. La situation de la guesthouse est juste parfaite. Dans la vieille ville au calme et proche de tout.

Unwelcoming unless you are French and it is noisy at night
Pros:

The rooms were clean and cool even though there was no air conditioning. It is centrally located.

Cons:

First impressions count and on arrival after a long and stressful flight I was not made to feel genuinely welcome. I felt so uncomfortable waiting for my room that I was considering to leave and find another place to stay. I should have. The 'guest' house clearly prefers to cater to the French and so I would not recommend this guest house to any other nationality.
The guest house is very noisy at night as it sits next to a large nightly food court and open air drinking establishments.

Pros:

Fantastic location. Chilled vibes. Good shower, comfortable beds. Private balcony. Great seating at the front to meet other travellers. Very friendly owner and staff. Water provided every day
