Important information:

Hotel Library reserves the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival. In case of a nonrefundable booking, the total price of the reservation may be charged any time after booking. It will be charged in the guest's local currency.

Guests are required to show the credit card used to make the booking upon arrival.

If this is not possible, guests should have an authorization form, signed by the credit card holder if he/she is not traveling.

Please note that the following policies apply for bookings containing 5 rooms or more: The hotel reserves the right to ask a pre-payment as a guarantee of the reservation.

The prepayment amount is 50% of the total reservation value, acceptable by bank transfer only. Credit card payment is not acceptable for guarantee of reservation.

Localização a poucos minutos andando da estação central e dos canais maus movimentados, simpatia dos funcionários limpeza e elevador ( muitos em Amsterdã não tem)

Cons:

Comfortable room, very friendly staff, great location and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were no blinds only small curtains in the room so the room was quiet light in the evenings and early morning, I also had a basement room and I could hear the other people’s toilet flush during the night, I am a light sleeper and with a eye mask and eye buds I know the problem could also have been solved.

Nonostante avessi prenotato una singola, mi hanno offerto un upgrade di stanza matrimoniale perché mi hanno visto con due valigie grandi e quindi necessitavo di più spazio.

Das Zimmer und Bett war klein, aber für den Preis und Lage in Ordnung.
Das Personal war freundlich.
Es hat ein Automat mit Snacks und Getränke.
Kaffe und Tee gibt es gratis.
Ich hatte eine tolle Aussicht und war nur in 10-15min am Bahnhof.

Cons:

Ich war im dritten Stock, dort war es unerträglich heiss, auch der Ventilator brachte da wenig, eine Klimaanlage oder zumindest ein kleines Klimagerät wäre hilfreich.
Die Vorhänge waren recht staubig, als Allergikerin war das nicht so ideal.

Fiquei num quarto triplo incrível, com muito espaço para 3 pessoas circularem e um piso com outra cama. Havia a possibilidade de fazer chá, café, capuccino na zona da receção.
