Stunning property, pleasant buzz around the restaurant area when checking in. Immaculate cosy room, very chic. Extra comfortable bed, pillows and duvet! Immaculately cleaned, welcoming and some nice touches of bottled water, etc.
The shower looked so inviting but unfortunately didn’t function well. A lot of excess water made the bathroom floor slippery. Shower head didn’t function well, appeared to be leaking.

The room was a great size. Clean space. They provided tea, bottled water, and bottled sparkling water. Easy check-in and check-out process. The hotel was a 10 minute walk to the central area of Inverness, but had a few bakeries across the street + the hotel restaurant although I did not try the latter.
The staff leaves the premises after a certain time in the night. Unfortunately, there was an unusually loud couple in the room next to us, but no staff to call to notify. They were shouting past 12am and sounded like they were moving / throwing furniture. It was disruptive for sleeping.

The room was very small with a sloping roof and no headboard on the bed and was not what we expected when booking, especially with a pet, being located in an attic bedroom

The hotel is very good the food was absolutely incredible
The room was comfortable, good quality furniture and fittings. It had everything you would expect for a very comfortable stay. Our evening meal was very good and reasonably priced, the staff were very friendly and helpful

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un bon emplacement, à à peine 5 minutes à pied du centre ville et assez proche de la gare. C'est un établissement propre et moderne, avec un personnel sympathique et accueillant. Les chambres sont belles et confortables, et offrent de nombreux équipements.
Je pense qu'un ascenseur pourrait s'avérer être un bon ajout à l'hôtel.
Dinner menu was fab and the actual food was devine, beautifully presented with excellent service from all the staff from check in to departure, could not fault them.
Heating went on a tad too early for me in the morning
