The staff were excellent. Polite and very helpful as I made a few small requests. Breakfast was well cooked and plenty to eat. Short distance to walk into town.The room was very clean and comfortable. Lovely large towels.
There was a noise like an extractor fan going on all night which kept waking me up.
We had a wonderful stay at the Heathmount Hotel during our time in Inverness.
Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom was excellent, and we especially appreciated the Scottish Fine Soaps Sea Kelp toiletries, which were a lovely touch and added a little extra luxury to our stay.
The hotel's restaurant and bar were extremely convenient after long days of exploring the Highlands. We enjoyed dining there, and breakfast each morning was very good, providing a great start to the day.
The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the hotel's free private car park made coming and going completely hassle-free.
The location is excellent, close enough to walk into Inverness city centre while also providing easy access to some of the Highlands' most iconic attractions. We used the hotel as our base for visiting Clava Cairns, Culloden Battlefield, Loch Ness and, of course, exploring Inverness itself. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops within easy walking distance.
Overall, the Heathmount Hotel offered everything we were looking for: comfort, convenience and a fantastic location. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Inverness.
The only minor downside was having to carry our two large suitcases up five flights of stairs to our room. Something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns.

Obwohl das Hotel mit Lokal an Straßen liegt, war es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab viele Wahlmöglichkeiten.
Das Bad war sehr gut eingerichtet. Mit einer Regenwalddusche. Der Parkplatz war direkt am Hotel. Die Lage war auch gut.
Ein fehlender Stuhl im Zimmer.

Lovely room with everything I needed, including a fan which was welcome as weather was warm. Room was very peaceful, bed was comfy and I got a good night’s sleep. Handy to have parking and location was perfect for a walk to the river.

Die Zimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss eines belebten Pubs, aber dank vieler Zwischentüren hört man nichts vom lebhaften Treiben im Erdgeschoss. Unser Raum war modern und gemütlich eingerichtet und war für zwei Nächte vollkommen ausreichend. Lediglich das sehr kleine Bad hätte ein paar Ablagemöglichkeiten oder Haken für Handtücher brauchen können. Frühstück und Abendessen im Restaurantbereich des Pubs waren sehr gut und erstaunlicherweise störte der Lärmpegel des samstäglichen Feierpublikums dort überhaupt nicht. Vom Hotel in die City von Inverness geht man nur wenige Minuten. Wir haben und rundum wohlgefühlt!
