This is a family room suitable for 2 adults and 2 children, with a large walk-in shower. Available as 1 super king bed and 2 single beds when booked for 2 adults and 2 children. The smaller single beds are only suitable for children. This room cannot be used for 2 adults in separate beds.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The room was modern, spaceous and very clean. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.
Very, very comfortable room (2). Thank you for the upgrade. The bar and restaurant onsite are great. The staff are friendly & helpful and free parking onsite too. Great value for money and the hotel is in a great location. Would definitely recommend.

A warm, very comfortable room that has been refurbished to a very high standard. The bar area on the premises is very pleasant and the branches lit with fairy lights at the large front window/seating area are very attractive. .
The bottle bin from the bar in the premises being emptied outside at 9pm was an avoidable racket. I work part time in a pub and we are not allowed to empty the bottle bin after 7pm/before 8am to avoid disturbing the neighbours (plus residents in this case).
The hairdryer provided has a nozzle attachment which doesn't actually fit the hairdryer provided.
There are sticky finger marks on the curtains by the window seat (I stayed in room number 1).

The location was superb, the bar and restaurant were excellent with very helpful and friendly staff. We got a room upgrade on arrival which topped off a great stay.
The car park was quite small and quite full as the restaurant was busy and in the middle of town.
Friendly welcome, lovely comfy clean room, great bed, helpful staff, very quiet and close to the conference location.
The quality of the accommodation is very high, and the location suited us. We live in Sussex and were in Inverness for a family funeral. The staff are helpful and courteous .
The room should have a notice on the door about actions in the event of a fire. A second chair would have been useful. For wet shavers like me a mirror placed so as to illuminate the face would be useful. I’m 85 and a grab-handle in the shower would be useful.

Dinners were very good indeed - a good choice available. The alcohol-free cocktails were delicious. Breakfast was not included in room price which is good as flexible options were available. Ambiance was excellent. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
All the pillows were rather hard which is a shame as the bed was very comfortable. The bedside lamps were a bit too dim for reading.
