I think property is a great place to stay. But price point, I feel it is way too expensive for what it offers. Although my stay was only for a night, may be it was just me. But I paid less than what I paid here for a 4 star stay one day before for 2 nights.
Merci nous avons eu droit a une magnifique chambre surclassee
Room great. Staff brilliant. Breakfast is really good. The hotel and bar is lovely, and is a very short walk to the city centre, so best of both in terms of a quiet location but very short walk into centre, and lots of little cafes and shops nearby.
A beautifully appointed luxury house that included everything you could possibly need. Fabulous tasty breakfast and wonderful hosts.
Carrying suitcases up the big, beautiful staircase!
My wife was very disappointed when she asked for coffee with her breakfast. She was given a cafater of instant coffee, when there was a coffee station on the counter.
our room was up in the attic and had very little head room, for what we paid.
No elevator to level 3. Hauling the luggage up the stairs was an ordeal (although the staff helped). If we had known earlier, we would have packed a smaller bag - just for this stay.
Sehr zentral, superfreundliches Personal
Die Küche lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig (Dinner)
L’emplacement et le confort des chambres et le bar également
Rien
A charming BnB-style hotel with connected bar/restaurant. The room is spacious and well-appointed. All bathroom amenities included. Ten minute walk uphill from the train station, ten minute walk to the waterfront. Breakfast option is quite nice with well-made assortment of foods. Friendly staff who kindly kept our luggage after checkout for a few hours while we explored the city after checkout.
While it wasn’t a problem for us, there are no elevators for those with disabilities.
Lovely modern decor and great food
Nothing
Room is very clean and cosy. Free parking on site. Staff is friendly.
there is no lift, so we have to carry our suitcases to upstairs.
First time staying at Heathmount but regulars in Inverness. We’ve often walked past and wondered what the rooms are like. Very pleasantly surprised, plenty space and great touches in the rooms such as robes, bottles of water and teacakes. Breakfast was also great. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful. Only slight issue is the car park is very small but the barrier wasn’t in use during our stay, so that may help when it’s in use.
Staff were friendly and polite throughout our stay. The two lads who took our breakfast orders in the morning were fantastic. The hotel was spotless, and despite there being a bar on-site, we didn’t hear any noise from it at all. Overall, it was a brilliant stay. I’ve already recommended it to a few friends.
The only downside for me was the stairs. This wasn’t the hotel’s fault — I didn’t realise until later in the booking that our room was on the top floor. With arthritis in my knee, the climb was a bit of a struggle. As I said, though, this was entirely down to my oversight, not the hotel.
Super location, quaint boutique hotel with modernised and comfy rooms. Enjoyed a great meal in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Nothing really. My top floor room had a very low ceiling being an old building which can be a hazard. I am 6'3" but was not really a big issue.
Very clean lovely staff and great breakfast
