Beautifully restored hotel. Spacious & nicely decorated rooms. Good bar & restaurant on site. Parking available. Very friendly & helpful staff

The perfect place to stay when visiting Eden Court..cannot fault it ...a gem in Inverness

Everything was spot on. the decor of the room, the beautiful bathroom the shower was exceptional and the breakfast was tasty..we had the "wee breakfast" sausage bacon egg and tomato .. piping hot and tasty .. pot of coffee toast and preserves also on offer juices and cereal yoghurt and porridge.. you would be mistaken by thinking you were in a 5 star hotel not a 3 star..amazing..Staff were great very welcoming and attentive..

Cons:

A lift would be nice but being a small hotel not expected.
did not spoil our stay in anyway at all....

Pros:

Hotel super bem localizado. O quarto é ótimo e a gentileza dos funcionários maravilhosa. Tínhamos que sair antes do horário de servir o café da manhã e eles deixaram na porta do nosso quarto, bem cedinho, uma bandeja com Iogurtes, corn flakes, geleias.

A good place with a welcoming attitude
Pros:

Room was great, bed extremely comfortable and Eleanor who managed the hotel was very welcoming and helpful, always cheery and made sure we were assisted if we needed anything.
Excellent breakfast - go for the full Scottish!

Cons:

If you have any difficulties with steps, maybe go elsewhere. There are not a lot of steps and all had guardrails but I don’t think there’s an elevator. We had no problems with the steps but it can be an issue for some.

Exceptional stay and staff!
Pros:

I use the Heathmout when i travel to Inverness as the staff are fantastic persnable and know how to do their job. the location is ideal and you feel that you matter unlike in BIGGER hotels where you are treated as a number . the receptionist in the Morning was exceptional.
