La ubicación
La habitación tenía el baño malo y el hotel nunca lo aregló. Voto agua todo el tiempo. Toco esperar 2 horas para recibir el desayuno que esta incluido.
La zona muy buena y el lofts excelente
Los desayunos deben mejorar y el servicio al.cliente es malo. No tener datáfono para los pagos es malo

al momento de hacer la reserva en booking decia que incluia desayuno, al preguntar por este servicio me dijeron que no lo tenian habilitado, adicional el loft a pesar de tener una pequeña cocina con lo basico no cuenta con nevera
La amabilidad del personal, el parqueadero, las instalaciones, muy limpio todo y muy agradable.
Esta bien ubicado, pero cerca hay locales de rumba, entonces se siente un poco de ruido que impacta en el poder dormir. Pero pues el viaje era para un concierto así que no fue tan crítico.

Nice apartment and safe parking. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise outside all night.
Also, the place was not very clean. There was a rug in the living room that was really full of dirt. Also the toilets were not clean and had some "leftovers".
The beds were comfortable and the staff very nice.
I can hear the traffic into 11pm. But it does feel better than hotel.

El lugar esta muy bien ubicado, el unico "pero" es que enfrente hay unos bares y hay ruido hasta la 1pm. Nada que no sea tolerable, el estacionamiento es reducido pero son las mismas condiciones de todos los lugares de la zona. Son apartamentos sencillos, camas comodas, A/C funcional. Si volveria a este lugar.

Nice room. I only stayed for one night due to a connecting flight. The area seemed vibrant and happening. The check in / out process was easy. Nice receptionist and clean hotel. Good stay
Attention, location
A silly incident with the coffee maker I had to start looking for solutions which for a guest is time consuming and it was something cheap compared to all what was paid for the staying, they can be more relaxed on these things
Additionally, it can be noisy as there are bars and restaurants by the area
We had an issue with the assigned unit 203. The building manager Marlene resolved it by giving us a great room- 208- and ensuring, along with all the staff, that we were comfortable and satisfied. We can't thank her enough, top quality service.
Future guests to avoid room 203 as it needs improvement to take to the other rooms standards.
