Nos perdimos en el tour
La comida deliciosa, las piscinas hermosas y muy limpias en realidad todas las instalaciones hermosas, es un Hotel de ensueño, magnífico todo y el personal muy amable
Un Barman no fue nada cordial, prefería a las huéspedes extranjeros y a los Peruanos no nos tomaba interés, fue lo único malo
Abbiamo soggiornato al Hotel Viñas Queirolo e l’esperienza è stata nel complesso molto positiva. La struttura è bellissima, curata nei dettagli e mantenuta davvero molto bene. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, la cucina è stata una piacevole sorpresa: piatti molto buoni e ben preparati.
Un ringraziamento speciale va anche ai ragazzi del servizio, sempre gentili, disponibili e sorridenti, capaci di far sentire gli ospiti accolti con grande cordialità.
L’unico aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato riguarda la lingua: in reception e parte del personale purtroppo non parlano inglese. Per una struttura a 5 stelle sarebbe sicuramente un valore aggiunto offrire una comunicazione più fluida anche agli ospiti stranieri.
Nel complesso, comunque, un soggiorno molto piacevole in una location splendida che consiglio volentieri.

Es más una opinión para mejora, pero en las noches se filtraba ruido a las habitaciones. Cuando vas con bebes o niños pequeños eso puede molestar su sueño.

No pude dormir toda la noche porque hubo un ruido alrededor de la habitación toda la noche como una tubería malograda o una bomba de agua funcionando el cual el ruido era insoportable y duró toda la noche Así es que no pude dormir

Inflexibilidad para que los ninos usen la hidromasaje en la piscina temperada. Imposibilidad de se poner una familia en la habitación com dos camas de 2 plazas.

Beautiful location in a working vineyard. Food and wine was amazing and the staff were very knowledgeable. Lots of kids having fun and there's an adult pool well away from the main pool so you can find some peace and quiet.
The only tiny issue was that the vineyard tour was in Spanish however we used my translation app and we're able to follow on fine. It also made the place feel more authentic and much less touristy.
Todo. Ambiente tranquilo para relajarse, habitaciones e instalaciones muy cómodas y amplias. Todo tipo de juegos para pasar un buen rato.
