Pros:

Piscina y comida buenas

Cons:

Fui víctima de robo de una joya de oro valorizada en 1, 500 USD . Deje olvidaba la joya al hacer el check out y al reclamar en recepción no dieron más explicaciones ni trajeron a la persona que hizo la limpieza de la habitación , salí muy decepcionada del personal que tienen y como manejaron la situación por parte de la administración del hotel .

El alojamiento como tal, lindo! me encantó. Sin embargo, lo que resaltó fue la atencion de su personal, excelente!

Cons:

La cantidad de mosquitos en áreas verdes, entiendo que eso es algo común en la zona pero si pudieran hacer algo para aminorarlo, genial.

A la habitación le faltó frío bar, y cuando solicité salir media hora después de las 12 no sentí amabilidad y disposición para el pedido, más aún cuando los check in son a las 3:00 pm.

Super mooie plek, lekker eten en alles was goed verzorgd. Zwembad was fijn en kamers heel netjes.

Cons:

Er wordt in het hotel uit principe geen Engels gepraat, dat is soms wat onhandig. Sommig personeel spreekt het wel en helpt je dan ook wel!
