Pros:

The hotel is very modern, beautiful and well located. The staff were very supportive and room view is amazing.

Cons:

However, the cleaning of the room was not the best, the glasses that we had used in the first day were never cleaned or replaced. You have to pay for pool bangalows even though no one was using and it was not reserved, so you need to be very careful with extra charges. Breakfast is no included in the room price which is almost $400 per day ($30 dollar each person if you want to enjoy breakfast) and they charged us for early check-in even the room was already available.

La tranquilidad de los pasillos y la habitacion a pesar del "caos" abajo en la zona concurrida de Brickell..Las vistas fabulosas al rio y la ciudad desde una terraza abierta

Tanta robotica pero es el futuro y asi nos adaptamos

todo muy bien; excepto el desayuno en el restaurante que nos llevo 2 horas desayuna, y todos desayunamos a distinto tiempo, 1 plato y luego otro así todo el desayuno, a la hora de querer pagar la cuenta MUY PREPOTENTE EL GERENTE DEL RESTAURANTE O NO SE QUE PUESTO TENGA COMENTO QUE TODO SE TENIA QUE CARGAR A UNA SOLA CUENTA. DESCONOSCO LAS POLITICAS DEL RESTAURANTE, PERO ESTE SEÑOR MUY GROSERO Y MUY TAJANTE, SIMPLEMENTE NO USAMOS EL RESTAURANTE EL RESTO DE NUESTRA ESTADIA EN EL HOTEL. MUY MAL Y LA MANERA EN LA QUE NOS HABLO EL SEÑOR ES COMPLETAMENTE INASEPTABLE.
