Amazing stay with friends
Pros:

I stayed at EAST Miami with a friend and we had such a great experience. The hotel has an amazing atmosphere, beautiful views, and the food was incredible. We also loved the room amenities — everything felt modern, comfortable, and well thought out.

The front desk staff was especially kind and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Definitely a place I would come back to and recommend to anyone visiting Miami!

بعض الغرف الغرفة مفتوحة على الحمام فتدخل اضاءة الشمس ماتكون معزولة
المخدات سيئة تقدرون تطلبونهم بديل افضل لكن ليس جيد بما يكفي

Pros:

My stay at EAST Miami was absolutely amazing! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and has such a luxury feel from the moment you walk in. The views were incredible, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything was kept so clean and well maintained.

The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my entire stay. The service was excellent and everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The location is also perfect with so much nearby to enjoy.

I truly had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Cons:

They didn't refund me the deposit even I didn't use anything for that except 89$ for Kate check out. They said they refunded but nothing. I tried emails already 1 month and no one replied to any emails I send around 5 times.

Pros:

Never ate in any hotel restaurant

Cons:

Tried to book The Tea Room but was searched on the way in and asked for a credit card BEFORE we had even been shown to our table - even though we were hotel guests !!

Consequently, we left and had dinner elsewhere on all 3 nights we stayed at East

Hermosa experiencia
Pros:

East Miami está en el corazón del Brickell, siendo muy fácil moverse por la zona a pie.
La habitación es muy confortable. Super recomendable. Todos las personas al servicio son super amables y cálidas.
Excelente idea contar con agua filtrada a demanda.
Muy buenos productos de aseo.

Cons:

Me gustaría contar con cierto lugar en el refrigerador para guardar alguna bebida o comida de forma personal.
Tanto tránsito de gente ajena al hotel para acceder al rooftop a veces se hace molesto.
