Cons:

Habitaciones ruidosas, entra todo el ruido de la calle. Continuo entrar y salir de personas desde y hacia el Sugar / Quinto, lo que hace la espera en los ascensores a las habitaciones eterna. Deberían dedicar ascensores específicos para estos visitantes.
Se empieza a notar la falta de mantenimiento en algunas áreas (ascensores, piscina, baños habitaciones ...). Extremadamente caro para lo que ofrecen.

Over priced and service didn’t match
Cons:

First off you can start by telling me why someone who wasn't on shift signed and received my package. Secondly, you can reimburse me for that package that was delivered and signed by that said person who was not on shift. Third, a comp one night stay would be perfect as well. For a hotel that charges an extensive amount per night the service was horrible, Saturday, we left the room from 10 am came back at 4pm the room wasn't cleaned, I waited hours for just a bucket of ice and it seems as if none of the workers are on the same page. Towels each night was an hour wait. You guys have no system in place and everyone is scrambling around with no idea of what's going on.
