Excelente hotel con errores para mejorar.
Pros:

Cómodo y bien ubicado.

Cons:

Que no pusieran una botella de agua cada noche en tu pieza y que al pedir desayuno sea en potes plásticos, no está a la altura del resto del hotel y sus instalaciones.

Overrated. 3 to not even 4 stars. We upgraded to a corner room since it was my wife’s bday. Room was made to be for 2 people but we had one bathrobe, no slippers, toilet seat broken, shower leaking, shower dispensers not working , low water pressure ; at one point the power went out in the room for a few seconds, bed sockets so loose that you had to to hold the charger with your hand or find a certain position. Head light had to be fitted with a paper in place otherwise would stay operational and not close properly. Plus we made a reservation at Sugar which was disappointing as well . Too long to share here . This was just from the top of my head . Plus the check out had incidents as well . Anyway , like I said, very overrated.

It’s a trendy hotel but I wouldn’t classify it as five star luxury. The location is pretty chaotic but it’s conveniently

Rooms are large, despite being in a busy area they are also pretty quiet, comfy bed, the filtered water faucet is a nice touch

Cons:

No full length mirror in the room and I found a cockroach on my bathroom floor. For a five star hotel, it lacks amenities like a spa and turn down service and despite using the ‘make up room’ button, my room was not serviced. Towels feel cheap.

Pros:

Great location, modern design.

Cons:

System to deliver orders doesn´t work well as a employee leaves the front desk with all parcels and takes a long time to deliver everything to the rooms. There is a charge of U$12 per package which I find annoying.

Great location, but everything else failed to meet 5-star standards!!

Cons:

Beyond the location, several aspects were disappointing and far below 5-star standards:

- Housekeeping was essentially nonexistent during our stay. We returned after a full day out to find the room untouched. Only after complaining to reception were the towels replaced—nothing else was addressed.
- Charging $12 per package is frankly unheard of for a hotel at this level and feels unnecessarily cheap.
- The bathroom design offers virtually no privacy—the shower and bathroom area are poorly separated from the bedroom, making it quite uncomfortable.
- The shower had a leak that caused a constant dripping noise for hours after use, which was extremely irritating.
- The hotel effectively turns into a nightclub due to the rooftop bar, making access to rooms inconvenient and the overall environment far from relaxing.

Overall, these issues significantly detracted from the experience and do not align with what one would expect from a 5-star property.
