Hotel ottimo per visitare Vienna
Pros:

Posizione ottima anche il ristorante dell’hotel offre piatti tipici molto buoni, camere pulite

Cons:

Faccio fatica a trovare qualcosa che sia andata bene. Forse la scelta dolce della colazione non è eccessiva.

Pros:

Ein Hotel mit tollem Ambiente. An der Rezeption wird man sehr freundlich empfangen und alle Fragen werden kompetent beantwortet. Das Frühstück, ein tolles Buffet, wird im 8. Stock serviert, wo es auch eine Dachterrasse mit Pool gibt. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Danke und großes Lob an die Belegschaft.

Cons:

Mein Frau hatte als Asthmatikerin etwas Probleme mit Staub im Zimmer.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Lage für die Stadt perfekt.

Cons:

Am Wochenende ankommen ist für die enge Rezeption in der Ecke nicht schön. Die Damen und Herren werden dem Ansturm super gerecht aber für den Reisenden ist es für diese Sternekategorie nicht angenehm.
So auch der Frühstücksraum er ist für das Wochenende zu klein, Frühstücken war sehr ungemütlich, Montag Dienstag ging es dann wieder.
Springende und schreiende Kinder könnte man am Pool vielleicht mit einem Bild nicht zum springen geeignet bändigen

Struttura bella ma la gestione a livello di personale direi discutibile.

Cons:

Ambiente poco accogliente con personale non attento al cliente. Per una struttura di questo livello il personale deve essere molto più professionale. Personale che si fa i fatti suoi al cellulare oppure che parla con i colleghi dei fatti propri e il cliente li che aspetta.
La colazione tanto decantata la trovo di un livello inferiore rispetto al suo costo.
