La camera era spaziosa e ben pulita. Posizione dell’hotel perfetta per visitare la città.

Pessimo servizio del ristorante dell’hotel, davvero scortese. Siamo stati cacciati in malo modo dalla tavola senza alcun preavviso di chiusura della cucina, siamo stati costretti a terminare la cena senza la possibilità di ordinare il dessert. Pros:

A reggeli nagyszerű volt a tetőteraszon. Rendes kávéval és étlapról rendelhető rántottával, kedves kiszolgálókkal. Az Opera és a Konzerthaus is 5 perc sétával megközelíthető, akárcsak a Belváros.

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Hotel hervorragende Lage direkt an der Ringstraße im 1. Bezirk ( Innere Stadt ) und daher vieles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Zimmer sind sehr schön und geschlafen haben wir in den Betten hervorragend!!!!
Frühstück sehr gut und für uns alles angeboten, was das Herz begehrt. Außerdem ist das Ambiente sehr schön und der Ausblick im 8. Stock ist einfach nur toll!!!!
Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in dieses Hotel und für einige Tage nach Wien, in unsere wunderschöne Hauptstadt Österreichs.

Cons:

Es wäre super, wenn es z.B. beim Frühstück, bei der Tee-Theke kleine Zangerl gebe, womit man dann am Tisch den Teebeutel ausdrücken kann.
Von Vorteil wäre auch ein kleiner Mülleimer extra für die Toilette und kleine Hygienebeutel.
