إقامة جيد جدا وللأمانة كانت مريحة ولكن ذكرت بعض الأمور التي لم تعجبني ولكن بشكل عام الفندق جيد ولكنه يحتاج بعض التعديلات

اولًا الاستقبال ورحابة الموظفين جدًا طيبة وبالأخص الموظف يوسف قد قام باستقبالنا من باب الفندق وقدم لنا المساعدة بأكمل وجه ، وايضًا موظفين المطعم أثناء الإفطار متعاونون جدا

Cons:

النظافة ليست بالشكل المطلوب ، والحمامات لا تناسب الخليجيين ، الريوق ليس بالمستوى المطلوب من ناحية الأكل ، الشرفة في الغرفة ليست نظيفة

Schönes Hotel im Zentrum mit toller Dachterrasse und außergewöhnlichem Restaurant im Erdgeschoss.
Pros:

Sehr zentrales, nettes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, wobei die Dusche im Zimmer ist und nur das WC separat. Tolle Dachterrasse mit sehr schönem Ausblick. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss ist außergewöhnlich. Tolles Essen mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und top Service. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Kleines Fitnessstudio, o.k.

Cons:

Der Service am Abend auf der Dachterrasse ist wirklich ungenügend. Uns wurde angeboten, eine letzte Runde Drinks zu bestellen. 3 Minuten nachdem die Getränke angekommen sind wurde die Dachterrasse zugesperrt, weil um 24.00 Sperrstunde ist. Das ist grundsätzlich verständlich, jedoch war die Kommunikation außergewöhnlich unhöflich. Als wir gefragt haben, wo wir denn den eben auf Nachfrage georderten Drink zu ende konsumieren können, war die Antwort: Im Zimmer, wo sonst. Wir waren eine gemischte Gruppe (Arbeit), sodass das nicht in Frage gekommen wäre. Auf das Kommentar hin, dass wir ja eben erst angeboten bekommen hätten zu bestellen und ob es denn keinen Aufenthaltsbereich mehr gibt (beim anderen Servicemitarbeiter), wurde der 1. aggressiv und meinte, warum man das nicht direkt mit ihm besprechen würde, er hätte uns ja schon die nötige Information gegeben. Für mich in einem Hotel dieses Niveaus ein enttäuschender Umgang mit Gästen. Das restliche Personal war sehr freundlich (Rezeption, Frühstück, Restaurant).

Locatie en kamers inclusief faciliteiten waren prima in orde.

Cons:

Medewerkers desk waren niet vriendelijk en ongeïnteresseerd. Telefonisch contact met het hotel zeer slecht. Direct in de wacht met vreemde wacht geluiden. Stemmen.

Schönes Wochenende in Wien.
Pros:

Ruhige Lage nach hinten, allerdings gab es früh im Hof immer Krach, Lärm.

Cons:

Es gab leider kein separates Bad. Dusche sowie WC als extra Raum waren ok. Das Zimmer hätte etwas größer sein können.
Das Frühstücksangebot war insgesamt gut aber viel zu teuer.
Man hatte mir zugesagt die Rechnung per Email zuzustellen. Ist leider bis heute auch nach Erinnerungsmail nicht erfolgt!
