Underwhelmed given the prices.
Pros:

Modern, minimalist rooms. Convenient location. Nice courtyard. Excellent air conditioning.

Cons:

Traffic noise in street facing rooms. Mediocre breakfast. Bar rather drab and wanted cash all the time (like everywhere in Athens). Some staff friendlier than others.

Very beautiful hotel close to everything you want to see in Athens!
Pros:

Close to all the major sights. Not on a busy street. Good breakfast. The courtyard and rooms were beautiful too!

Cons:

The noise from the people in the courtyard. The staff could have been a little friendlier.

Outstanding Staff, Exceptional Breakfast, Perfect Location in Athens
Pros:

The staff were outstanding—consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The breakfast was exceptional, offering the best selection we encountered during our entire 4+ week trip. The location was also ideal, providing easy access to Athens' major historical sites and convenient connections, whether on foot or via the Metro, to explore the city's other neighborhoods.

Cons:

I didn't follow up with staff, so this is on me, but there was a sensor in the bathroom that would trigger and whir in the middle of the night if we stirred in bed and the bathroom door wasn't closed.
