如果是住在靠近大馬路的，要有心理準備，汽車噪音會比較大

目的次第(工業団地への出張、台中西側エリアが目的地など)であれば便利でリーズナブル。
Pros:

工業団地内に出張先があったため利用した。出張先に対しては大変便利。

Cons:

南側の部屋だったが、工業団地内へ向かう大型トラックの音が24時間絶え間なく聞こえるため、神経質な方は北側(駐車場側)の部屋を指定した方が良い。北側の部屋に泊まった同行者は全く音が聞こえなかった、と言っていたため、騒音については南北でかなり差があるみたい。
また、台中中心部には少し距離があり有名レストランやショッピングエリアへはタクシー移動必須。ホテル周りは工業団地へ向かうトラックと従業員のスクーターが多く横断歩道を渡るのも怖い環境で、日課の朝の散歩を楽しむことはできなかった。

CP值還不錯的住宿地點，完全可以符合期待，大小適宜的空間，還不錯的早餐，雖然交通位置相對偏遠，不過是在可接受的範圍，因為停車方便又近交流道，倒也不會造成困擾
Pros:

對兒童入住友善，房間空間級衛浴空間都很充裕，飯店有提供洗衣房，可以免費洗衣，雖然數量不多，但對需要的人會相當實用。
早餐種類不算多，但重點品項都有提供。
停車空間為坡道平面，停車格夠大，數量也充足，對開車的房客是一大優點。

Cons:

房間的吹風機還是舊式的壁掛吹風機，對長頭髮或髮量較多的人，會不容易吹乾
停車場雖坡道平面式，不過出入口進出難度較高，特別是出口位置須非常注意轉彎角度
