親切なスタッフの方々がいるホテルです
Pros:

語学留学の際に利用しました。ホテルのスタッフの方々は、学生である私たちに親切にして下さり、死海ツアーに連れて行ってくださりました。部屋の設備は、水回りがもう少し清潔だったらより良いと思いました。お湯が出ないなどのトラブルがありましたが、全体的に安価でありながら生活に十分なサービスが受けられました。

Pros:

It was just a quick overnight before moving on to Petra, so the price was outstanding and very friendly staff. The hotel is a tad dated but great value.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Do NOT stay here! There are plenty of other hotels

When I first arrived, I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep. I had reserved a king bed, and when I got to the room, it was two twin beds pushed together with nothing but a sheet on them. The room DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PHOTOS!! There were stains on the mattress, and there was a smell when I went into the room. I woke up from a very unpleasant sleep, since the traffic noise kept waking me up as I tried to sleep. When I went to shower, I was further disappointed. The shower was so small, I could not even turn around in it. The "shower" was more of a janitor's dump drain than a regular shower.

When I went downstairs, the staff suddenly only spoke select English. That annoyed me very much, as they seemed to want to pick and choose what thy understood. It was when I finally said I wanted to leave that they decided they could speak English. After several interactions with them, I was shown three more rooms. They were no better than the first, and still did not look like the photos at all on the site.

My advice is this.... STAY AWAY!!!! There are plenty of other hotel apartments in the area that are much newer and in much better condition for around the same price. If you want to be super uncomfortable, not enjoy your showers, and be frustrated, then this is the place for you.

A very bad experience

I don't recommend this hotel for anyone for any propose. It can't be consider as hotel even, everything there was terrible, the widows were broken and loose, sheets were disgusting, no room service were provided. They aren't Honest at all, they lied about everything, we booked with a fixed price including TAX, BREAKFAST and FREE PARKING. They tried to charge us more because of tax which were clearly written on the reservation that's it was included. No breakfast in the Summer, that was there answer when we asked about breakfast!! There free parking was to park your car anywhere around the hotel if you could find a place and no one will charge you!! Really, it was like a night mare ...
