En realidad fue una enstancia muy cómoda y acogedora el lugar fue cálido y la atención fue a otro nivel. Y el hotel era muy lindo se notaba el amor de cada detalle… siempre estuvieron atentos desde q llegamos hasta q salimos .. no hay desayuno pero alrededor hay muchas opciones chéveres ya q el hotel es muy central. Gracias por la atención a la señorita Adelayda.

Cons:

presentaba toallas sucias, mugre en la cabecera de la cama, presencia de cucarachas y olor a marihuana está mañana. Solicité el cambio de habitación porque la inicial estaba junto a una zona con mucho ruido y olor a cigarrillo, sin embargo, la nueva habitación también presentó los problemas mencionados. Además, por la tarifa pagada, el desayuno debió estar incluido.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, cerca de centros comerciales y parque en donde se puede comprar comida, cerca tambien hay un éxito. El hotel queda muy cerca del aeropuerto y del terminal de transportes, fácil acceso, seguro para caminar en las noches.

Cons:

Me hubiese gustado que hubiera tenido servicio de desayuno.

Buen servicio, pero hay cosas por mejorar

La formalidad de los empleados y el lugar como tal, muy acogedor

Cons:

No había papel higiénico en el baño, tampoco realizaron el aseo mientras estuvimos alojados, eso fue lo maluco, pero de todas maneras se sentía buena vibra en el hotel

Solo en caso de no conseguir otro hotel
Pros:

Aun cuando estábamos casi solos el paso de otros huéspedes es disruptivo. Las toallas viejas que están hechas girones el día primero, la toalla de manos estaba sucia. y los demás días tocaba bajar a pedirlas por que se olvidaban colocarlas.

Felicito al Hotel Zandu por la buena estadía que nos brindaron, recibimos más de lo que esperábamos y estuvieron muy pendientes de nosotros durante la estadía; el desayuno estuvo estupendo y la pasamos muy tranquilos en todo momento. Facilidad para todo en el centro de pereira.

Falsa publicidad y malos servicios
Pros:

La publicidad del anuncio no era real, pues ofrcian servicio de bañera y el servico como tal ni a ducha llego, pues no habia siquiera agua caliente en el sitio.
Realmente muy triste por la mala informacion y bajas condiciones en el area del baño
