Una estancia muy agradable en el Hotel Peregrino, lo recomiendo sin duda!
Pros:

El personal está muy atento a nuestras necesidades. Tenía una situación complicada y el personal me ayudó mucho a satisfacer mis expectativas y mi necesidad de seguridad y confidencialidad. Se puede contactar con ellos desde el teléfono de la habitación y desde WhatsApp en nuestro móvil, son muy eficaces y responden muy rápido. El servicio de habitaciones es gratuito, lo que permite disfrutar de la deliciosa cocina del restaurante con gran comodidad. Me ayudaron a imprimir documentos, usar el servicio de lavanderia, reservar taxis y trasladar mi equipaje. Nos dan confianza, y eso es muy agradable. Los apartamentos son amplios, disponen de escritorio, sillones, nevera y microondas, y algunos tienen cocina, lo que es muy agradable si se trata de una estancia larga. Me dieron una habitación con vistas a la montaña, lo que la hacía muy agradable y luminosa.

Cons:

Hay cosas que mejorar, como en todas partes, y este comentario tiene como objetivo principal contribuir a que el lugar sea aún mejor, y espero que sea útil para el personal.
La chica del servicio de desayunos hace un buen trabajo, pero sería mejor si fuera un poco más amable y paciente con los viajeros, que a menudo se sienten desorientados y no saben necesariamente cómo funciona el país, y un poco de amabilidad puede marcar una gran diferencia. La limpieza de las habitaciones podría hacerse con más precisión, ya que se nota que solo se limpian las sábanas, el suelo con una fregona mal lavada y el cuarto de baño. Sería necesario hacer una limpieza a fondo de vez en cuando para evitar los restos de pelo de los clientes anteriores, las mesas, la vajilla o la nevera mal lavadas. Pero estas son cosas que también se encuentran en otros lugares de Perú, y entiendo que el trabajo repetitivo hace que no siempre se haga a fondo.

Tres bel apart-Hôtel pour se reposer.
Pros:

L'amabilité du personnel, la propreté des chambes et lascenceur qui vous mène aus etages.
Le parking etait a l'air libre mais tres bien aussi.

Cons:

Le petit dejeuner était un peu pauvre en fruits mais le reste tres bien, même que ma femme et ma fille on leur a offert des œufs frits.

Perfekte Wahl für Reisende oder Besucher der Stadt mit gutem Restaurant

- Sehr zentrale Lage
- Hilfsbereitschaft und Herzlichkeit des Personals
- Großer, geschützter Parkplatz
- Frühstück mit hochwertigen Produkten (Käse sehr lecker, Avocado, individuell zubereitete Eier, Kaffee, ein warmes Gericht, alles was das Herz begehrt!)
- Gut ausgestattete Zimmer, alles was man braucht
- Restaurant im Haus zu empfehlen

Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. (Auf der Durchreise)

Cons:

Es ist nicht komplett ruhig nachts, man hört das Leben der Stadt inkl. Hunde, krähender Hahn, aber das ist ja normal und hat mich nicht gestört.
