Jeg giver hotellet min bedste anbefaling for beliggenhed og for det venlige personale.
Pros:

Det ligger meget centralt. Med en fabelagtig udsigt over søen. Jeg kan anbefale at bo fra sjette sal og op. Gode balkoner, da man nemt kan sidde der i regnvejr, da de er godt overdækket. Meget meget hjælpsom personale. Dog anbefale ikke at bruge det cykeludlejning bureau som hotellet giver discount billetter til, da cyklerne var ringe kvalitet. Der var cykel udlejningsbureauer som havde meget nyere cykler. Fin morgenmad.

Cons:

Der var ikke noget vi ikke kunne lide.

Great lake view location

I got the lake view room I booked and it was a great view. The staff were great.

Beautiful lake views
Pros:

The location of this hotel was very good, the whole neighbourhood/ town is very small and can be seen within a few hours. There's lots of small souvenir shops & local restaurants right by the hotel.
The lake views from the room are absolutely gorgeous, and if you wake up early enough you can watch sunset right from your bed.

Cons:

The hotel was fine although it did seem to be a little bit on the pricier side in terms of value for money. We weren't big fans of the breakfast which was included, although it might have just been due to our more European taste palate😊

Pros:

A really spacious room! There is so much floor surface that you can go waltzing there! Location by the pier is very practical, and if you get a lake-view room, you should have great views. (I had a city-view room myself.) A plus for having a shower separate from the bathtub, and the mouthpiece of the shower was high (commonly it is too low for my taste).

Cons:

But with all that floor space, maybe they could fit in a desk and a chair. OK, I get it, this is not a business hotel. As a word of warning: The air condition is not on by default, but there is a remote control, so you can turn it on. You may have to do that every day.

連假期間入住，房價8000多，房內設備基本床都很難睡，住宿二樓湖景房離街區太近，無法好好欣賞湖景，以這樣的住宿體驗，建議應該調整房價。

服務人員還算友善

Cons:

1.早餐選擇很少、第二梯次（08:30）吃早餐的人幾乎食物都被拿光也沒有補。
2.床很軟，非常難睡。
3.冷氣聲音蠻大聲的。
4.房間沒有拖鞋。

Really enjoyed our stay and will recommend the hotel highly.
Pros:

Excellent property with half the rooms facing the lake. Very comfortable, great room.

The staff are 10/10 and the highlight for me. Extremely accommodating and helpful every time they were approached.

The location is very convenient, in the heart of Shuishe pier and very close to multiple food food options a short walk away. 30 mins by regular ferry to Ita thao and other parts of Sun Moon Lake that are popular with tourists.

Cons:

Nothing - great place for a family vacation stop.
