Goede locatie. Prima ontbijt. Loopafstand van centrum. Upgrade naar hogere verdieping is een goed idee vanwege het prachtige uitzicht. Prima startpunt voor fietstocht om het meer

Absolutely coming back again when we visit Sun Moon Lake.
Pros:

The view from the balcony was incredible. Reasonably priced. There was some dripping from the ceiling due to weather and the hotel staff do an exceptional job of making sure the problem is taken care of effectively and the guests feel happy. Great management and hospitality.

スタッフの方がとても親切でした。朝ごはんも美味しく、お部屋も綺麗で、眺めは絶景でした。

Cons:

少し異臭がしたのと、お隣の声が響きました。
朝食の時間が1時間20分しかない点は少し旅程の柔軟性を制限します。

高樓層景觀很好

Cons:

第一晚入住時，房間內有明顯異味，一開始不清楚原因。後來發現是馬桶水位過低，導致排水管的氣味飄出。再次沖水後，水位恢復正常，異味也隨之消失。若其他住客遇到相同情況，可以嘗試再沖一次水，應可改善。

房間內提供過濾水使用，並建議煮沸後再飲用。不過煮沸後水面會浮著一層物質，讓人對水質產生疑慮，因此最後還是另外購買礦泉水飲用。

另外，有標示 1 樓設有飲水機可供取水，但晚上到 1 樓裝水時，現場完全沒有照明，環境相當昏暗，令人感到不安。建議至少保留基本照明，方便住客安全取水。

5 Star Experience at Sun Moon Lake
Pros:

The hotel is really unique and exclusive. It has Japanese styled rooms and fantastic views of the lake. Sophia from reception was exceptionally nice and helped us to arrange transfer to another city.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, especially the room with the stunning view of the lake. The service of the staff was quick, responsive and friendly. And the boss who we met by chance was engaging, passionate and willing to share about the beauty, scenic spots and activities at Sun Moon Lake. We had a lovely stay and would definitely want to come back again in future
