all perfect but don't use or pay for the breakfast.
Pros:

location and price - quality of the room and hotel facility is excellent. Staff were also very helpful and friendly. We were also able to take our bikes up to the spacious room - all has been recently renovated.

Cons:

everything on the Hotel was perfect besides the breakfast. That was an absolute disaster and very poor experience. Very modest and small - even the standard B&B does better. Very low quality for both the chinese or more western style breakfast. Even the basics of congee or a fried egg were not there and terrible in quality.

Pros:

The view is truly as stunning as the website photos. Our room also had a great bathtub behind blinds so you could choose to see the window from the tub. It was close to the bus stop and very comfortable.

Das familiengeführte Hotel liegt direkt am See. Entsprechend schön ist der Ausblick vom Zimmerbalkon auf den Sonne-Mond-See, insbesondere zum Sonnenaufgang am frühen Morgen. Das Personal war herzlich und zuvorkommend. Am Vormittag des ersten Tags gab’s direkt einen Rabattgutschein, mit dem wir uns am nahegelegenen Verleih ein Fahrrad ausleihen konnten. Am Abreisetag fielen aufgrund eines Taifuns die Buslinien aus, der Hotelinhaber organisierte uns ein Taxi und beruhigte uns - „Don‘t worry. Be happy!“

Pros:

Great lake and mountain view from the room. I enjoyed the good breakfast. The terrace was great for chilling out late afternoon after sweaty activity.

Cons:

There was no desk/table to put my computer on. I put it on the bed to work. No slipper was prepared. I had brought my own slippers so I was no problem though.

日月潭を訪れるのが初めてだったので勝手がわかっていない部分があったが、フロントの方が親身になってくれて良かった。タオルが追加で必要になった時も、すぐに部屋まで持ってきてもらえた。

Great location and rooms, friendly and efficient staff.
Pros:

Great location and excellent rooms - the ones we booked were very spacious and clean. However, we felt the rate was quite expensive for a three star hotel (hence not booking a lakeside room and our city room views were still quite expensive). Having said that, I would rate this hotel as probably 4 star quality and facilities wise. We enjoyed our stay there.

Cons:

The room rates. Also, the bathroom had limited places to hang towels.

Tolle Lage am See mit tollen Balkon. Zimmer war an sich sauber bis auf 2 Flecken auf dem Boden. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Sehr sehr viele Mücken jedoch aufgrund der nahen Lage am See. Sonst alles gut 😊

Pros:

Gepflegtes Hotel direkt am See. Von dort könnte man den ganzen See zu Fuss umrunden, wunderschöner Steg. Wir waren nur eine Nacht es hat uns aber sehr gut gefallen

Essensmöglichkeiten im und ausserhalb des Hotels sind sehr limitiert
