櫃檯人員服務態度不錯，也很親切，早餐的部分雖然選擇沒有很多都還不錯，粥很好吃配料選擇也多，從飯店欣賞日月潭的湖景棒極了！ 飯店房間內有個窗台，能夠在外面吃宵夜吹吹風讓人心情愉悅～

Cons:

房間的廁所沒有放衣服的架子很不方便，另外房間內也沒有梳妝台提供使用，因為價格上其實也比較高，其實這兩個部分應該要有！

Pros:

陽台看出去可觀賞日月潭全景很美非常舒服，床墊很好睡….整體算乾淨，讚👍

Cons:

冰箱空空的，連礦泉水、飲料都沒有。
入住時，告知早上約7:00就可以吃早餐，第二天去吃早餐…卻還未準備好…..問早餐還沒好嗎？
臉超臭的回答說：8點才能吃早餐….。態度不好！

Beautiful Sun Moon Lake View!
Pros:

The service at this hotel is wonderful; it was very pleasant talking to the gentleman at the reception, who was incredibly courteous and helpful.

The location is truly exceptional. Every room offers a stunning view of Sun Moon Lake, whether from the window or the balcony. It is the perfect spot to take beautiful photos of the morning fog and the surrounding mountain reflections in the lake. Additionally, the popular Sun Moon Lake boat tour is very accessible, with the dock located within just a three-minute walk.

The hotel provides an excellent buffet breakfast with a wide variety of choices, and the food is delicious. Just outside of the hotel, there are various restaurants to choose from as well.

Overall, the breathtaking views and prime location make this a fantastic choice, especially for couples.

Cons:

However, there were a few minor issues with the room layout. The bathroom is small and features an open shower design; I found it difficult to find a convenient place to hang dry clothes or towels to keep them away from the water.

Pros:

The bathroom was AMAZING! And there was even a small living room area for food and that room was considered a small room. the bed was comfortable and the TV was modern.

Cons:

It was our mistake, but we weren't able to get the lake view so instead we got the city view which wasn't really a nice view in our opinion. but that was our problem nit the hotel since they already did mention that when booking.

Great value and location
Pros:

The staff is outstanding and warm, the view is a huge winner compare to the other hotels as its right on the lake and you can reach anywhere within few minuets.

Cons:

The breakfast could be better but we assume its similar to other hotels.

Very enjoyable
Pros:

The location was good for access to shops and sites and the view from the veranda was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The shower in the bathroom was difficult to use as it didn’t drain adequately and leaked into toilet area of the bathroom

房間直面湖景第一排，在高樓層陽台聊天、泡茶欣賞湖景，很舒服自在，怕吹風、怕冷，也可以坐在室內看！ 床和枕頭軟硬剛剛好、洗臉台鏡子很大！女生早上化妝超方便。 早餐很豐富，口味也很好。

Cons:

1.浴室的設計，水容易潑濺到馬桶側，出入濕濕的，比較不方便。 2.房間內沒有室內拖。

Comfortable stay with great view of the lake.
Pros:

The view from the room facing the lake and port is just superb. Buffet breakfast though not much options but still good. Very accommodating and friendly reception. New, clean and modern facilities.

Cons:

None i can think of. A bit on pricier side but worth it.
