Great value and location with friendly staff, though the room had some noise and a slight odor.
Pros:

The price was great for the value and location of the hotel. Everything was either walking distance or a quick bike ride. The staff was all really nice and accommodating.

Cons:

The only two things I didn't like were that the walls were pretty thin (you could hear the upstairs/downstairs neighbors) and the room had a bit of a smell.

Pros:

This hotel needs deep maintenance, the air conditioning ducts are dirty, the ac fan is very noisy, the windows are loosened, inside the room, it feels like smoke environment. The bathroom is a disaster. we had a very bad night.
