廊道空氣品質不佳且有煙味飄入房內，地下停車場漏水且光線不足，故造成80幾歲長輩跌倒臉部受傷

有缺點但便宜方便
Pros:

便宜、房間大、火車站旁，
大部分設備及衛浴都還算乾淨

Cons:

1237號房
只有4個小黃燈沒有明亮白燈，明暗度像KTV包廂，
房間有股線香味，不知道是哪邊傳進來的，
棉被不乾淨，皮膚接觸幾分鐘出疹子，
小蟑螂有點多

驚きのシャワーブース。
Pros:

臺鐵台南車站前であること。

Cons:

部屋があるビルの12階はエレベーターホールの右半分だけ部屋があり、左半分は住居エリアと紛らわしい。
部屋はその広さに対してエアコンが小さく出力不足で部屋が涼しくなるまで時間がかかりました。
部屋のシャワーブースは仕切りもカーテンも無く、シャワーは出入口の反対側の壁に水が当たるように浴びる必要があり不便でした。
