TURISMO BRACAMONTE SAC

The hotel and the staff were very friendly, unfortunately the room we were assigned seems like it might have been the worst room in the hotel. We were above the entry to the hotel and there was a very bright light outside all night long as well as constantly hearing everyone who came and went. Also, our room didn't have any outside seating which most of them did or any real view of the beautiful greenspace within the hotel. Overall the hotel was nice and the staff friendly and helpful. I just wouldn't want to stay in room 210 again ever.

The property is close to the beach. The place was very convenient to many restaurants and to the airport. It is a small resort with a pleasant staff.

This place is one I return to as often as possible. It's perfectly clean perfectly kept and perfectly staffed. Everyone from the cooks to the cleaners and the receptionists are helpful and friendly. I love staying here and exploring the town.

Great facility (pool, restaurant) and services

We originally booked for 1 night but end up staying for 4 nights. From the staff to the facilities the all experience was delightful. It s located at the end\beginning of the town so it s more quite that the places in town which are very reachable by walking distance in a safe area.

Lots of chairs around the pool. Wifi is fast. Choices for breakfast and prepare at the moment.

This hotel is clean and has good atmosphere, with beautiful garden. They have delicious breakfast. A nice pool for a family. I also enjoyed using the table tennis. I have stayed several times and will again. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also in a convenient and safe location.

no good for me

This is probably the nicest place to stay in Haunchaco. It’s a bit off the beach road but that was nice because it’s quiet at night. The whole hotel is super clean and the employees are lovely. We stayed in the pool view,balcony, double suite. The water was hot :-)
Haunchaco itself is a bit of a dive so having this hotel to stay at kinda saved it.

Wonderful hotel, great food, friendly staff and lots of facilities including table tennis and table football. Highly recommended!

The hotel has great staff and location. You're basically just minutes away from the ocean, bars, and restaurants.

Super clean and perfect service!

Because we misplaced our Expedia confirmation hotel charged us 418 soles on departure. We have paid twice for this hotel. There was no time to dispute with hotel as we had a flight to catch. Can Expedia please investigate with hotel as a refund is required from either hotel or Expedia.

Nice hotel but we think we had the worst room in the hotel. On checkout we did not get a statement. When I had a chance to look at theamout for the 2 nights it was above what we were quoted. Went back for explanation and they could not produce an itemized bill. Breakfast was adequate but not great. My wife ordered granola which we found out contained peanuts which she has an allergy to. They did not offer a substitute. We arrived late from the airport. Other people that were checking in were offered water to take to their rooms. When I asked for water they charged me twice what it would cost me on the street. I got the impression this hotel doesn't think much of Expedia clients. The room had windows which were at the walkway so we didn't feel too secure. No AC,temp was about 28c at midnight, no breeze so the windows needed to be open.

Great experience, exemplary and friendly staff. Recommend for all visitors to the area.
